SHRI JARNAIL SINGH Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) When the Janakpuri Super Specialty Hospital was built and ready for use; 1 1

3 21 (b) The expense incurred on the construction of this building; (c) The details of the facilities that were proposed to be made available in this hospital (d) The details of the facilities that are actually being provided in this hospital; (e) The reasons for the Hospital not providing all the proposed facilities; and (f) By when will these be provided? 83. DEVINDER SEHRAWAT Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) The details of the number of metered water connections in Bijwasan, Rangpuri, Kapashera, Samalkha, Dhool Siras, Bharthal, Bamnauli, Shahbad-Mohmadpur, Bagdola and Rajnagar Part-II; (b) The status of construction of Reservoirs in Bijwasan and Kapashera; and (c) Whether any steps are being taken to prevent the sewerage from flowing to the Yamuna River through the Najafgarh Drain? 2 2

4 SHRI SHIV CHARAN GOEL Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) The funds allotted to Achary Bikshu Hospital, Moti Nagar during the past five years under various heads; (b) The details of Doctors, Para Medicals and other staff working in the Hospital; (c) The details of local purchases made during the past five years; (d) The details of the surgeries performed in this hospital during to and the names of the Doctors who conducted these surgeries; (e) The details of patients referred to other hospitals during this period; (f) The number of beds presently available in the hospital; (g) Whether there is any proposal to increase the number of beds in the hospital; (h) Whether there is any proposal to provide ICU facilities; (i) If yes, by when; and (j) If not, the reasons thereof? 3 3

BHAVNA GAUR Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) The areas which are not receiving proper water supply; (b) The areas in Palam Constituency which are worst affected due to shortage of water supply; (c) Since when is this shortage being faced; (d) The steps being taken to improve the situation in these areas; and (e) By when will the water supply be augmented in these areas? 86. SHRI VIJENDER GARG Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) Whether it is a fact that a 50 bedded hospital is proposed to be constructed near the Community Centre in C Block Narayana in Rajendra Nagar Constituency; (b) If yes, the details thereof; (c) What is the status of construction of this Hospital; 4 4

6 24 (d) (e) (f) Whether it is also a fact that 16 Mohalla Clinics were also proposed to be opened in this Constituency on land belonging to DUSIB, DJB and PWD etc., If yes, the details thereof; and By when will these mohalla clinics start functioning? 87. SHRI NITIN TYAGI Environment and Forests Will the Minister of Environment be pleased to state: (a) The division-wise number of trees that have been felled in Delhi during the past ten years; (b) The year-wise number of trees that were planted to compensate this loss; (c) The number of trees that are still surviving out of these; (d) (e) Whether any compliance report is to be submitted for compensatory plantation; and If yes the details of such reports received during the past three years? 5 5

7 SHRI AJAY DUTT Environment and Forests Will the Minister of Environment be pleased to state: (a) Details of action taken by DPCC to remove building material dumped in Pushp Vihar; (b) Whether any FIR has been lodged against the violators; (c) The details of regular, part time and temporary workers working in the Hauz Rani City Forest; (d) The wages being paid to contract workers working in in the Hauz Rani City Forest during the past three years; (e) Whether PF and ESI is being deposited in the account of these workers; (f) If yes, the details thereof; and (g) If not, the action taken against the service providers? 89. SHRI OM PRAKASH SHARMA Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) The number of government polyclinics functioning at present in Delhi; 6 6

8 26 (b) The number of polyclinics proposed to be opened by the government; (c) Whether buildings for these polyclinics are ready; (d) If not, from where will these operate; (e) The number of Delhi Government Dispensaries running; (f) The number of Delhi Government Dispensaries that were functional in 2015; (g) Whether the government is closing dispensaries to accommodate Polyclinics and Mohalla Clinics; and (h) Details of the staff of dispensaries who are also working in Aam Admi Clinics? 90. SHRI MOHINDER GOYAL Election Will the Minister of Election be pleased to state: (a) Whether it is a fact that the Voter Center (VREC) of Rithala Constituency is not in the Rithala Constituency boundary; (b) Steps taken by the Department to shift this Center within the Constituency during the past year; (c) Whether Department has earmarked any land for this purpose; and (d) If yes, the details thereof? 7 7

BAGGA Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) The detail of staff of DJB posted in the various offices of Krishna Nagar Constituency; (b) The number of vehicles deployed in the Krishna Nagar Constituency; (c) Whether some vehicles are also on hire; (d) If yes, the details of payments made to the contractors during , , 2018 (up to ); (e) The water supply timings of various colonies in this constituency; (f) Steps being taken to augment water supply in case of shortage; (g) The number of complaints received during , 2018 (up to ) regarding water and sewerage problem from this Constituency; (h) Out of these the number of complaints which could not be resolved; (i) The reasons for the complaints remaining unresolved; (j) Steps being taken to improve the sewerage situation in this constituency; 8 8

SHRI SUKHVIR SINGH DALAL Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) The details of Doctors and other staff posted in the various health units in Mundka constituency; (b) The details of actual requirement in these units; (c) The details of doctors and other staff posted in the Mohalla Clinics in Mundka constituency; (d) The details of actual requirement in these clinics; (e) is the Health Department authorized to take action against unhygienic factories and units in delhi; and (f) the details of the various works and responsibilities of the Health and Family Welfare Department? 9 9

11 SHRI SANJEEV JHA Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) whether DJB has requested for land from Revenue Department for setting up Sewerage Treatment Plant inburari; (b) if yes, the present status of this project; (c) whether the land has been allotted for this purpose; and (d) if not, the detailed reasons for delay in this regard? 94. SHRI VISHESH RAVI Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) whether many unauthorized and illegal units of jeans manufacturing, dyeing, washing etc., are being run on Military Road, near MCD Office, Karol Bagh; (b) whether these units have illegally tapped water connections which they are not authorized to; (c) what steps have been taken to disconnect water supply in these units; (d) what action has been taken against the officer of DJB for allowing this misuse in spite of repeated complaints; and 10 10

12 30 (e) time by which, these units would be shut down as they are violating all norms of DJB, electricity, MCD, DDA and are nuisance to the general public by causing hazardous waste and generating garbage? 95. SHRI VIJENDER GUPTA Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that DJB has failed to utilize the funds received from foreign institutions for cleaning Yamuna and providing drinking water; (b) whether it is a fact that Asian Development Bank had provided 2200 Crores rupees which was to be used for setting up the Wazirabad Water Treatment plant but remained unutilized; (c) whether it is a fact that the tender of Rs. 350 Crores out of this fund was cancelled without valid reason as a result of which the project is at a standstill; (d) whether it is a fact that Japan International Corporation had provided 2000 Crores for Chandrawal Water Treatment plant of 105 MGD capacity; (e) details of the same and reasons for the delay in utilizing these funds; 11 11

13 31 (f) whether it is a fact that due to non-utilisation of these funds of 4200 Crores the project for cleaning Yamuna has been delayed as a result of which the people of delhi are suffering; (g) whether it is also a fact that the tender invited for 40 MGD Rithala Sewage Plant under the Yamuna Action Plan III has also not been finalized inspite of eight months lapsing since the tenders were invited; (h) please provide the complete details of the funds received from these institutions, the projects on which they were to be spent and the delay in executing the various projects; and (i) by when will these funds be put to use so that the Yamuna River is cleaned thoroughly? 96. SHRI JAGDISH PRADHAN Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the government had announced that it will add additional beds in various hospitals; (b) the number of beds which existed when the government came to power; (c) the number of beds which actually are in use as on date; 12 12

14 32 (d) the details of the steps being taken to increase the number of beds; (e) whether any steps are being taken to increase the corresponding infrastructure and manpower in proportion to the increased beds; (f) if so, the details thereof; (g) the details of the proposed hospitals which are to be constructed; and (h) by when will these be available for use of the general public? 97. SHRI SANDEEP KUMAR Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) whether any steps being taken to acquire land from DDA for proposed Hospital in Suvidha Kendra No. 58 Sultanpuri; (b) if yes, the details thereof; and (c) if not, the reasons thereof? 98. ALKA LAMBA Food Safety Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Department against street vendors selling food like momos etc.. in unhygienic conditions; 13 13

15 33 (b) the steps being taken to prevent spread of diseases by vendors selling fruits and juices in open in unhygienic conditions; (c) the details of action taken by the department in this regard; (d) the details of action taken by the department against shops selling milk/khoya and other milk products; (e) the number of Jan Aahar Kendras running in Chandni Chowk Constituency; (f) the number of Jan Aahar Kendras closed down; and (g) the reasons for closing down these? 99. SHRI AKHILESH PATI TRIPATHI Delhi Jal Board Will the Chief Minister be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Rs. 500 Crores was allotted in the budget of for setting up Treatment plant in Bharat Nagar to prevent waste water from falling into the Najafgarh drain; (b) if yes, the details of the present status of this project; (c) steps being taken to stop the acid/ chemical waste from Wazirpur industrial area falling into the Najafgarh Drain; 14 14

16 34 (d) in a reply to my question in the previous session to I&FC, it was replied that the issue of sewer and acid /chemical waste falling into the drain would be taken up by DJB or DPCC; (e) which department is responsible for this issue; and (f) the complete details of the action taken to prevent such wastes from falling into the drain may be provided? 100. SHRI MANJINDER SINGH SIRSA Health Will the Minister of Health be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the ultrasound machine in Guru Gobind Singh Hospital, Raghubir Nagar is not being used for the benefit of the patients due to non-availability of radiologist; (b) whether it is a fact that the poor patients are suffering due to lack of this facility; (c) whether it is also a fact that there is no proper drinking water facility for the patients and their attendants in this hospital; and (d) the steps being taken by the government to address these issues?
