NABET Secretariat was represented by: Dr. Hari Prakash- Joint Director, Mr. Abhay Sharma Executive & Ms. Sakshi Bhargava- EIA Division Team Member. The following were discussed/ decided: 1. The minutes of the 78 th Accreditation Committee Meeting held on May 8, 2012 was considered and. 2. Cases covering Balance Functional / Replacements i. Unistar Environment & Research Labs Pvt. Ltd., Vapi Expert proposed as replacement Mr. G.G. Thumar was EIA Coordinator In-house applied 1 Haresh Joshi 19 None - This is the 6 th sector applied. Hence, as per scheme not permissible. Envitech vide MOM dated Sept. 21, 2010, Team Labs vide MOM dated April 19, 2011, Global Enviro vide MOM dated June 24, 2011 & Enkay vide MOM dated Aug. 9, 2011 & Singareni Colleries vide MOM dated Feb. 28, This is his 6 th Association which is not permissible as per the scheme. Hence, her candidature is not permissible. 5 Anjali Singam AQ - - Ms. Anjali Singham is already empanelled with 4 organizations namely M/s Mitcon Consultancy, Detox, Ultra- tech & Padmaja. Hence, she could be considered one more organization as per the Scheme. However, it has been noted by NABET from its records that she has given her consent to be an empanelled expert additional 8 organizations which will make total number of organizations as 12. This is not in conmity with the Scheme and has been taken note of. Her case Vasantdada can be considered only after receipt of letters from other 8 organizations confirming withdrawal of her candidature within next two weeks from the date of uploading of these minutes. 6 D.
