SCALE) The Employees' State Insurance Corporation is in the process of starting Super Speciality Hospital at Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh). Applications in prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Consultants; Specialist Gr. 11(Sr. Scale) and Specialists Gr. 11 (Jr. Scale) on contract basis. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, Holders of 2. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality as mentioned in Table-t or equivalent. 3. M.Ch. for Surgical Super Specialities and D.M. for Medical Super Specialities of (213 years duration or 5/6 years {integrated} recognized course or qualification. b) Experience:- Eleven years experience in recognized institution in the subject of Speciality after obtaining the degree of M.Ch. / D.M. of five years duration in the respective discipline / subject. OR Ten years experience in recognized institution in the subject of Speciality for the candidates possessing06 years recognized degree of D.M. / M.Ch. in the respective discipline / subject. Educational & Other Qualifications for the POSt of Specialist Grade-II (Sr. Scale) (Super Specialities) [Essential Qualifications:- 1. A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, Holders of 2. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality as mentioned in Table-t below: years experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree. NOTE: In the case of holders of D.M. / M.Ch. qualification of 05 years duration, the period of senior PG residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M. / M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of 5 years experience.

A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of Third Schedule (other than lfcentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, Holders of 2. Post Graduate Qualification in the requisite Speciality as mentioned in Table-I below. 3. 3/5 years work experience in a responsible position connected with the speciality for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma holder respectively. Cardiologist - Should be able to set up a new Cath-Lab. and should be an expert in Interventional Cardiology. To perform all Cardiac Interventions independently, including preop. cardiac evaluation(2d Echo, DSE, TMT, ANGIO), discharge and follow up etc. 2. Neurologist - Should be able to do all indoor, outdoor and ICU neurological consultations and care to all patients. 3. Neurosurgeon - Should be able to do all neuro surgical operations including spine surgery, post operative care, Neuro-ICU management. 4. Urologist - Should be able to perform all endo-uroglogical surgeries independently and should be able to provide all required consultations to the patients. 5. Nephrologist - In addition to general nephrology care, he has to set up a new dialysis unit and manage the same. He should be able to manage the wards and dialysis unit independently. 6. Pediatric Surgery - Should be able to perform all Pediatric Surgeries including pediatric urology, endoscopy, oncology etc. Expected to provide all post operative care, NICU-PICUmanagement, discharge and follow up etc.

3 B. All the Consultants and Specialists have to do the following general duties alongwith the specialized care. OPD consultation to the referred patients, indoor patient management follow up care after discharge and on emergency call duty all the time. Teaching and training to the doctors and paramedical staff, setting up protocols in the department, equipment procurement, administration, planning and running the department, participation in the medical board whenever needed. C. Any other assignment given by the Medical Superintendent. General Conditions for appointment on contract basis. 1. Eligible practicing candidates working in recognized / approved private medical institutions under different specialities may apply for the above posts. Retired Consultants / Specialists from Central Government / State Government / PSUs having requisite experience are also eligible to apply. 2. Application should be submitted in the prescribed form only filled up in the candidate's own handwriting. 3. The candidates have to enclose the attested copies of all the relevant certificates / testimonials i.e educational qualification, related experience under the speciality and other relevant documents. Compensation Package / Remunerations - The applicant may quote the expected compensation package / remuneration for the contractual engagement. The package will be negotiable in consideration to the educational qualifications, experience, profile, general reputation etc. of the candidate and his utility for the Organization. Mode of Selection:- The selection of candidates will be made by an Evaluation Committee constituted by the ESICafter considering the educational qualifications and experience in the field of speciality and negotiation of compensation package with the candidates. An agreement will be executed between the candidate and ESI Corporation on mutually agreed terms and conditions for contractual engagement.
