In a difficult economic climate, performance and efficiency becomes critical. Recognizing the potential of AWP on their projects, there is now a growing number of project owners that will only partner with contractors and suppliers that are using AWP & WFP (or can otherwise support AWP & WFP activities); likewise, many EPCs now also prefer to work with construction and engineering subcontractors, suppliers and vendors that are serious about AWP (that is, they understand it and support it). Thought leadership in project performance best practices Some of the biggest names in global construction, engineering and technology participate in the AWP & WFP conferences. A brief history of the conference The WorkFace Planning model was developed and released by The Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA) in Advanced Work Packaging was developed over two years and released in a joint research initiative between the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and COAA in Throughout that time and into today, Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace Planning methods have been (and are being) used on projects around the globe including North America, Europe and Australia. Since 2009, this conference has attracted approximately 1600 attendees from all key industry stakeholder groups, many of which are decision-makers. Overall satisfaction Overall, this conference received a 4.3 (out of 5-star) rating by our attendees. The Advanced Work Packaging (and WorkFace Planning) conferences are supported by the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and the Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA), and are officially recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Construction Management Association of America s Certified Construction Manager program (CMAA CCM). Exhibition table location selection is prioritized in order of sponsor commitment. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate sponsor preferences. ii. iii. The attendance prices this year are $850 USD (early-bird rate) and $950 USD (regular rate); as a feature of sponsorship, complementary admissions are included as outlined in the sponsorship benefits table (in this document). This is a value-added feature of sponsorship. Sponsorship includes a table-top display in the foyer / pre-ballroom area with power supply, internet connection, pipe and drape, chairs and tables; additional supplies and services are the financial responsibility of the sponsor (e.g., special lighting, banners and booth decorations, unique chairs and table setups, et cetera). Sponsors are able to bring in their own tradeshow displays and forgo any and all provided supplies, as long as their displays fit within the provided space. We will provide an attendee guide with information about ordering supplies, shipping / receiving, setup and breakdown times, etc. Contract, terms and conditions on following page(s)

10 AWP Conference 2017 Sponsorship Agreement and Terms for Exhibitors Revision date: / Page 3 of 4 Sponsorship Contract Sponsorship level and rate Exhibitor-level sponsorship (USD $2,500) Payment notes: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship fee is required within 60 days of delivery of the signed sponsorship contract, with the remaining 50% payment due, at the latest, one month (30 days) prior to event date. Full payment (100% of the total sponsorship fee) can be made at the time of registration, however the required 50% deposit amount remains non-refundable. All applications are reviewed by Group ASI to ensure the prospective sponsor has goods or services that could provide value to companies or individuals interested in Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace Planning. ii. iii. iv. A non-refundable fee of 50% of the total sponsorship fee is due within 60 days of delivery of signed sponsorship contract, with the remaining balance due within 30 days of the first day of the conference. The sponsor may also pay the full sponsorship fee in full at the time of submission of this contract, however, 50% of the total sponsorship fee remains non-refundable in all cases. In the event that the full sponsorship amount has been paid and Group ASI is notified of a cancellation (in writing) more than 30 days prior to the start of the conference, 50% of the total sponsorship fee is refundable. Where a sponsor cancels their sponsorship with fewer than 30 days of notice to Group ASI, no sponsorship fees are refundable. The sponsorship fee does not include additional conference registrations beyond those specifically defined as a sponsor benefit. Company logos, preferred URLs and other sponsorship materials and files must be submitted within the production schedule, the details of which will be available to the sponsor(s) at a later date. v. Sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored nor represent, advertise or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other firm or organization except as approved in writing by Group ASI. vi. vii. viii. ix. Group ASI will not be liable for damage or loss to sponsors properties by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. Group ASI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the conference up to 45 days prior to the scheduled conference dates. Sponsorship monies received will be promptly returned to the sponsors. In the event that the conference is cancelled or curtailed, for any reasons beyond the control of Group ASI, Group ASI will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, consequential or special damages or expenses of whatever nature that the sponsor may suffer. No part of an exhibit and signage or other materials may be pasted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls, doors or other surfaces in a way that mars or defaces the premises or equipment and furnishings. Damage from failure to observe this notice is payable by the sponsor. x. Sponsors are responsible for safeguarding their own equipment, displays, and materials.
