We are happy to share with you that in past years our buyer to supplier ratio has been 1.5 (buyers) for every 1 supplier. Attending buyers are from all over the U.S. Your participation in this event yields valuable business networking time with key customers who make decisions on selecting destinations, DMC's, hotels, off site venues and activities for their group travel programs. The educational mission of the SITE Texas Chapter is to enhance the awareness and effectiveness of motivational experiences via incentive travel. While our focus is on Incentive programs nearly 100% of our buyers in the past also plan their company s meetings, conferences, trade shows and other events. Invited hosted buyers attending this event will receive subsidized air in an amount up to $700 to cover most if not all of their air. They will also receive deluxe suite accommodations and round trip airport transportation. We are happy to help you manage the Hosted Buyer invitation and RSVP process. If you prefer to manage your hosted buyer invitations and haven t confirmed a hosted buyer by February 29, 2017, we will assume your spots and manage them. We are dedicated to continue to elevate this event as a quality opportunity for your marketing efforts, and welcome any invited hosted buyer nominations at any time. The SITE Texas Chapter Committee will queue the hosted buyer invitations and make final decisions on invitations extended. All sponsors gain additional exposure through contributions to the Silent Auction. Our Silent Auction subsidizes this event. We seek to provide the best education possible within our budget. Stated auction values are subject to review and approval of the SITE Texas Technology Summit Committee. The SITE Texas Technology Summit Committee reserves the right to combine items to offer creative and exceptional packages for our attendees. We require that all auction donations be valid to June 30, Note about Hosted Buyers - The following items are included for each hosted buyer: Full Conference registration Up to $700 USD airfare reimbursement. 6 2017 Cash Sponsorship Agreement -- Terms & Conditions 1. The SITE Texas Technology Summit is a fundraising event produced by SITE Texas Chapter. 2. Payment Sponsorship Fees are owed upon submission of this completed form. The SITE Texas Chapter reserves the right to decline the Sponsorship Agreement without payment in full. 3. No Cancellation after Acceptance Sponsor may not cancel this sponsorship once confirmed and payment received. 4. Limited Liability The SITE Texas Chapter will not, in any event, be liable for consequential damages including, but not limited to, lost income or profits. SITE Texas Chapter or its contractors shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to hold this event because of an act of God, outbreak of hostilities, insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, terrorism, government act or regulation, fire, flood, explosion, accident, theft, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the SITE Texas Chapter or its contractors. Unintentional or inadvertent failures of either party to print, publish, or circulate the other party s name and/or materials shall not be considered a breach of the Agreement. 5. Hotel Accommodations The Guest room rate is included in your sponsorship for the nights of April 30, May 1 & 2, All sponsors are expected to stay at our host hotel, Moon Palace Jamaica. Additional nights will be at your own expense. Sponsors staying at a hotel other than our host hotel will not receive reimbursement for their room and will be charged a $750 fee. Local Sponsors not staying at the host hotel may have to pay a daily attendee rate. 6. General Terms Unless expressly agreed to in writing by the SITE Texas Chapter, no other terms or conditions appearing in contracts, orders, insertion instructions, or otherwise that conflict with the provisions of this Sponsorship Agreement shall be binding with the SITE Texas Chapter. The SITE Texas Chapter shall not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks or copy instructions that conflict with provisions of this Sponsorship Agreement. The waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed to be a waiver of either party s right to later require strict observation and performance of each of the provisions hereof. Facsimile transmission of a copy of this Agreement bearing a signature shall be deemed to be delivery of a signed original Sponsorship Agreement. 7. Severability If any section or provision of this Sponsorship Agreement is deemed illegal by a competent court of law, all other provisions of this Sponsorship Agreement shall remain in force. 8. Entire Agreement This Sponsorship Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Sponsor and the SITE Texas Chapter. No modification or amendment to this Sponsorship Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed or acknowledged by the party to be bound. Please Initial
