It is the inaugural surveying and geomatics conference for UESI and we are excited to Cal Poly Pomona will be the host for This conference is the premier educational event for engineering, construction, land surveying and geospatial professionals, students and educators. Payment for Space Applications must be paid in full, payment can be made by online registration or by check, please visit Set-up is prohibited until booth space is paid in full. Assignment of Exhibit Space Space is assigned to companies in good standing and upon receipt of the full payment. Contracts will be dated and assigned in the order received. If your choice of space is not available, the closest space to your original selection will be assigned. No guarantees are made with respect to booth location. Complete the contract enclosed with this prospectus or download the contract at. Exhibitors will be notified of booth assignment as soon as possible, but no later than three (3) months prior to the conference. Subletting The exhibitor shall not reassign, sublease, or share assigned exhibit space with any person, firm, or other entity and agrees not to exhibit, advertise, or offer for sale goods other than those manufactured or sold by the exhibitor in the regular course of business without notification to and approval of ASCE Show Management. Cancellation of Space Cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management. A refund of the total amount paid less a $100 processing fee for the reserved space will be made if cancellation is received before February 15, No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after February 15, Exhibitor Registration Complimentary Registration Included in your space rental fee is one full conference registration and one table top personnel registration.
