12 IACC 2015 SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT Terms and Conditions INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF C O N F E R E N C E C E N T R E S This agreement contains information that is useful to plan the sponsorship, and the rules and regulations you must observe. 1) Because of the limited availability of some of the sponsorship packages, please note that all sales are final only upon invoice issuance and payment remittance. Thank you. 2) Sponsor logo A brief description and the logo of your company will be published in the event programme. Company logo in EPS format with a minimum size of 1500 pixels. Company / product description (Max. 100 words in English). By providing the logo and description, you authorise IACC to publish those in the event programme. 3) Registration and hotel booking Full agenda of the conference and practical information can be found by clicking here 4) Participants list Participants list will be sent out 2 weeks before the event to all confirmed exhibitors. This list includes addresses of delegates who have agreed to have their contact details passed to third parties for the sole purposes of this specific conference networking, preparation, follow-up and marketing of the exhibitors own products and services. By accepting the participants list, the exhibitor agrees it will not use it for any other purposes (such as conducting surveys or editing another participants list) nor transfer the list onward to any third party (including its customers, partners and suppliers). The sponsor acknowledges that any unauthorized use of the list would violate IACC s data protection commitments towards participants and would seriously harm IACC s reputation. 5) Rules and regulations 6) Invoicing and methods of payment To apply for partnership opportunities, please complete and send the form to the IACC Event office by (lvanderzwet@iacconline.org), by fax: , or by MAIL to: IACC, attention Leslie Vanderzwet, 35 East Wacker Drive, Suite 850, Chicago. IL After receipt of this partnership application form, IACC will invoice you for the corresponding amount. Invoices are payable immediately following receipt, in full and without any reduction, set-off or counter claim whatsoever. The invoice number should always be quoted on the payment. All payments will be in USD. 7) Cancellation of Partnership agreement a. Cancellation by the Partner All cancellations must be made by to lvanderzwet@iacconline.org or in writing to the following address: IACC 35 East Wacker Drive, Suite 850, Chicago. IL Should the partnership be cancelled after it is confirmed, then 100% of cancelled space fee will be due to indemnify IACC if cancellation is received on or after six (6) weeks before the event. 3

13 b. Cancellation by IACC If IACC unilaterally cancels the conference, IACC shall reimburse all amounts paid by the partner to IACC. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of the exhibitor in the respect unless such termination is due to a fault of the partner or for a cause of force majeure. 8) General (The partner) is fully aware and accepts all terms and conditions mentioned in this document and in the IACC Sponsorship opportunities package document in annex.
