1 You are invited to exhibit at the annual Partners In Emergency Preparedness Conference to be held April 16 18, 2019 at the Lynnwood Convention Center in Lynnwood, Washington. The exhibit area will open Wednesday morning, April 17 and close Thursday afternoon, April 18. Our 2019 conference is expected to draw over 400 attendees. The conference provides an exceptional forum to showcase your products and services to a highly targeted audience representing the buying power of state and local preparedness and business continuity personnel. A variety of events and refreshment offerings are planned to maximize traffic in the exhibit hall. These include: continental breakfast both mornings; Meet the Exhibitors reception on Wednesday evening; morning and afternoon breaks; and drawing for the Sponsors and Exhibitors Door Prizes on Wednesday evening. The Sponsor and Exhibitor Door Prize Drawing provides a great added incentive for attendees to visit the exhibits to validate their entry forms. Companies who donate door prizes receive extra visibility during the prize drawing at the Exhibitor Reception. 2 EXHIBIT RULES AND REGULATIONS BOOTH INFORMATION Exhibitor agrees to have exhibit entirely set-up by 5:00 pm on April 16, Attendee registration will begin on Tuesday. Details regarding move-in will be ed with your booth confirmation. Exhibitor agrees to staff their exhibit on April 17 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and April 18 from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Exhibitor further agrees to wait to strike their display until 1:00 pm on April 18. Tear-down times are from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Failure to comply will result in an early strike fee of $200 which will be charged directly to your credit card, following the close of conference. The conference steering committee reserves the right to reallocate booth space. Exhibitor agrees to pay $995 for the opportunity to display materials at the Partners in Emergency Preparedness Conference. Exhibitor will be provided with the following, in return for the amount paid: One (1) 10' 8' exhibit booth with pipe and drape One (1) 6' draped table Two (2) chairs Fully carpeted Free wireless internet One (1) hardcopy attendee list One (1) complimentary conference registration Exhibitor ribbon for conference badge Opportunity to purchase additonal exhibitor registrations at a discounted rate of $175 per attendee (maximum of 2). Contact the Lynnwood Convention Center directly to make arrangements if you will require electrical service at your booth. Neither PIEPC, LCC, Washington State University, nor any member of the above named will be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that might occur to the exhibitor s employees or property from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor, on signing the Application for Exhibit Space, expressly releases the aforementioned from any and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
