You re invited to attend the Pennsylvania Association of Nurse Anesthetists (PANA) 2018 Spring Symposium at The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. PANA symposia have been extremely successful in attracting attendees from across the state as well as from surrounding areas. The 2018 Spring Symposium will be held May 3 May 6, We anticipate this event to sellout, so register early!! The exhibit area at this year s event will be open over 2 days. Set up will be available after 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and before 7:00 a.m. on Friday. The exhibit hours will extend Friday until 5:00 p.m. and resume Saturday morning until lunch. Meeting breaks, breakfast, and lunch for two staff members per booth on Friday will all be included in the cost of a table. We hope that you will take advantage of this unique opportunity to exhibit with us or even sponsor an event. Event sponsors will receive special recognition for their contributions. Each exhibitor table will include draping, one 6 table and one chair. The exhibitor table fees are outlined on the included contract. This fee covers as many attendees as you d like to bring and an electrical outlet, should you need one. 3 Standard Table Information IMPORTANT INFORMATION Each table will include draping, one 6 table, and one chair. Purchase of an exhibit table includes 2 tickets each for Friday and Saturday breakfast and Friday lunch as well as access to all meeting breaks. Additional tickets for meals can be purchased onsite. Exhibition Dates and Hours Friday, May 4th from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday, May 5th from 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Setup will be on Thursday, May 3rd from 8:00-10:00 p.m. AND Friday, May 4th before 7:00 a.m. All displays should be set up by 7:00 a.m. Tear down will take place after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Schedule of Events for Attendees A complete agenda will be posted at Thursday: 5:00-10:00 p.m. - educational sessions Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - educational sessions; 1:15-2:15 p.m. lunch Saturday: 6:00-8:00 a.m. breakfast; 7:00 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. educational sessions Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. educational sessions Agreement The signed Contract Agreement form must be returned to the PANA office no later than Monday, April 16, 2018 along with all other forms identifying sponsorship and/or advertising requests. Conference App All attendees will have access to the conference app which will give them information about the exhibitors and sponsors. Sponsors will have the ability to run a scrolling banner advertisement on top of the conference app. This is a great way to showcase your booth! Please complete and return to PANA with appropriate payment as specified. No table or ad will be assigned without payment. The undersigned hereby agrees to, and does reserve, the space, subject to availability, indicated below for use at the PANA Spring Symposium to be held at The Hotel Hershey, Hershey, Pennsylvania. Because they notice!! Often times, having that extra recognition is all it takes to be noticed. Vendors who sponsor a meal or educational session will receive special signage onsite, recognition in the event app, and recognition on the PANA website. Coffee Break ($600) multiple sponsorships available Coffee is a hot item at the Spring Symposium so don t miss this opportunity to be recognized with signage at the coffee station. Sponsors will also be recognized in the event app as the main provider for this fuel to our attendees. Educational Session ($700) multiple sponsorships available This year we have some national speakers joining us. Take this opportunity to be recognized as the official sponsor of one of our guests. Sponsors will be verbally recognized prior to the start of the educational session, as well as on signage, in addition to recognition in the event app.
