1 2019 Golden Cylinde Awads Call fo Enties The Gavue Association of the Ameicas conducts the Annual Golden Cylinde Awads Competition to pomote the gavue pocess and to povide pee ecognition fo technical achievement. The competition is designed to identify the Best of Gavue in each segment of the industy and to distinguish technical innovations. ENTRY DEADLINE: APRIL 26, 2019

2 The Golden Cylinde Awads categoies have been evamped to eflect the scope of Gavue Association of the Ameicas. While the categoies emain boad, subcategoies will affod the judges the latitude to awad moe than one winne, within a given categoy. Evey effot is being made to potect and enhance the pestige of these awads; est assued that all enties judged to be wothy of a Golden Cylinde Awad will eceive one! OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS! Who Should Ente The Golden Cylinde Awads Competition is open to all GAAmeicas membes and non-membes. All enties must be poduced duing the 2018 calenda yea and must use the gavue pocess. Enties must be poduction units against an ode, except fo the supplie innovation categoy. The entant must designate the Golden Cylinde Awad Categoy fo which they ae enteing, subject to final eview by the GAAmeicas Golden Cylinde Awads Committee. Enties in the technical innovation categoy must include complete desciption and suppoting evidence of the technical innovation, including a factual statement of suppot fom one o moe customes o uses. Enty Requiements Each enty must be accompanied by its own enty fom and enty fee. An item may be enteed in moe than one categoy, but an additional enty fom must be completed and the appopiate enty fee must be included. Enties using common gaphics o a theme thoughout a poduct line may be enteed individually o as a family (i.e., one enty consisting of a goup of pieces). Families ae limited to five pieces. Multiple and Family of Enties: Membes Non-Membes One to fou enties $155 each $305 each Five o moe enties $135 each $265 each Enty Fees: Each enty must be accompanied by the appopiate enty fee(s). Mutual enties must be accompanied by the appopiate enty fee fo each company taking pat in the mutual enty (i.e., design fim, engave, & pinte = 3 companies x enty fee). Family enties will be consideed one enty. GAAmeicas accepts Visa, MasteCad and Ameican Expess. Make checks payable to the Gavue Association of the Ameicas, Inc. Mutual Enties Mutual enties made by two o moe companies may be submitted, accompanied by the appopiate enty fee. Duplicate Enties If two companies submit the same poduct in the same categoy, the second enty to aive will be ejected and the company will be notified immediately. How to Ente 1. Accuately complete an enty fom fo each sepaate enty. Please pint legibly o type all equested infomation. Retain a copy of each enty fo you files. 2. All completed enties, including the enty fee, must be eceived by 5 p.m. Fiday, Apil 26, Awad Announcements Judging takes place in the sping. Winnes will be announced at the Golden Cylinde Awads Ceemony held duing the fall of Note: Attendance at the awad ceemony by a company epesentative is expected in ode to eceive the awad. Exceptions to this will be consideed based upon individual company equests. Rights Reseved All enties and submitted mateials will be etained by the Gavue Association of the Ameicas.
