4 Medical information A team physician and athletic trainer will be on-site for all home games in case of an emergency. Injured players will be transported to Tempe St. Luke s Hospital ( ) located approximately seven minutes from Alberta B. Farrington Stadium at the corner of Mill Avenue and 14th Street (see Tempe map). Serious head and neck injuries may be transported directly to Barrow s Neurological Institute at St. Joseph s Hospital at 3rd Avenue and Thomas Road ( ). If you have any questions, contact Stevie Palacol at Visiting team locker rooms The visitor locker room is located off the 1st base dugout. The locker room contains open lockers, stools, showers, lavatories, towels and water. For more information, contact Cecilia Snipes at Towels can be provided upon request for showers following the game. Please coordinate all locker room and laundry requirements ahead of time with the euipment room prior to your arrival at ASU. The primary ASU training room is located at the Carson Student Athlete Center just south of Sun Devil Stadium and should it become necessary, will be made available. 5 Ticket information and will call The ASU ticket office, which contains general will call, player/guest will call, customer service and ticket sales, is located in the ticket booth at Farrington Stadium (West of the main entrance). On game days the ticket office is open one hour prior to game time. Pac-12 schools: It is a Pac-12 policy that complimentary tickets for team guests over 50 will be billed back to your school. The ASU ticket office requests that if you use complimentary tickets, please fax the list at least 24 hours in advance to the ASU ticket office (Attn: Kendall Oakson, ). Non Pac-12 schools: Any tickets used by your school via a player/guest pass list will be billed back to your schoool. Tickets are $7.00 per game or per day if there are multiple games on the same day. Tournament participants: All tickets must be purchased through the ASU ticket office. A player pass list will not be used. All session tickets and day passes are available. Note: A picture ID must be shown at the time of pick-up. All tickets will be distributed in accordance with NCAA regulations.

The staff is composed of T-Shirt Secuirty, as well as ASU Police, with the latter escorting head coaches to and from the field. Security will be posted on your locker room from the time of your arrival to departure. We will also provide a black bag and lock for visiting teams to secure their valuables. 8 Bus drop-off and parking information Team vehicles should enter Farrington Stadium via University Drive and Athletes Way (see map in the maps section). Team buses may drop off players, coaches and equipment on the 1st base side of Farrington Stadium. Buses will need to park South of the softball stadium (see map in the maps section). If your team is traveling in vans, please let Kirt Klingerman know and he will coordinate parking with you. Please direct any parking questions to Event Coordinator Kirt Klingerman, at Filming information If you would like to video tape your game, the primary location is on the press platform (center field, higher vantage point). Battery powered cameras are strongly suggested. Your team is responsible for supplying any needed extension cords and tape to secure the cord. Stadium information The Alberta B. Farrington Stadium features chair-back bleachers and individual seats with a capacity of 1,609 fans. In addition, a grass berm is located just beyond the first base line. Teams enjoy sunken dugouts that are lit for night games. Each dugout has recessed, individual bat slots and locker room access. Farrington Stadium was awarded the National Fast Pitch Coaches Association/Turface Grounds Crew Field Maintenance Award for the 2000, 2002 and 2003 seasons. Touted as one of the best playing surfaces in the nation, the facility has already received two major awards for design and architecture.
