9 WSBC 2015 Conference Schedule Page 9 Sunday, May 3, :00 AM 10:00 AM :00 AM 9:00 AM :00 Noon 1200 Notes Check Out Sandia VI-VII 1) OA meetings will be held in the room from Monday through Friday and in Sandia VI-VII on Saturday and Sunday. The same rooms are available for meditation 24-hours each day, unless in use for an OA meeting or other designated meetings. 2) An impromptu meeting room is available from Tuesday Saturday. Delegates who wish to use this room must reserve it at the OA registration desk. (Please note that space is very limited during the week.) 3) The will be open daily, beginning on Tuesday, April 28, in the room. Items in the room are the responsibility of the contributing service body. If you are interested in displaying items in the room, you must sign a release form at the CSC desk. The s hours will match the hours of the CSC desk; hours may be adjusted at the discretion of the CSC chair. NOTE: A refrigerator and microwave will NOT be available in the this year. Refrigerators and microwaves are available in guest rooms. 4) On Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28, a shuttle will be provided to take attendees to Whole Foods and Walmart. Delegates must sign up for the shuttle as seating is limited. Please refer to the agenda for specific times and details. 5) From Tuesday, April 28 through Friday, May 1, the hotel will offer an OA-friendly lunch ($16 USD per person including beverage, tax and gratuity; or $60 USD per person for 4 days including beverage, tax and gratuity) buffets to be served in the lobby area. On Saturday, May 2, a lunch shuttle will be available to Old Town or delegates can choose to eat in the hotel restaurant. 6) From Tuesday, April 28 through Friday, May 1, dinner shuttles will be available to attendees. Shuttles are scheduled to run to Old Town Tuesday through Thursday; Friday the shuttles will run to Old Town and ABQ Uptown. Check the agenda for specific times and details.
