SATURDAY, JANUARY 5 8:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m. Media Hospitality Open Continental Breakfast Las Colinas Ballroom GENERAL INFORMATION The AT&T Cotton Bowl Media Headquarters opens at 8:30 a.m., Sunday, December 30. On mornings with scheduled news conferences (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) the daily hours of the media headquarters are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For the remainder of the week, headquarters hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Registration and the pickup of game credentials will begin on Monday, December 31. However, for Media Day on Sunday, December 30, credentials will be available at the Employee Entrance of Cowboys Stadium to the right of Entry E on the south side of the stadium. Media should park in Lot 5. The media hospitality room opens on Saturday evening at 9:00 p.m., December 29. Daily hours are 8:30 a.m. to Midnight except when news conferences are scheduled. On those three days the hospitality room opens a half hour earlier at 8:00 a.m. Lunch and on some nights dinner will be served in the hospitality room. On game day at Cowboys Stadium, food, soft drinks and water will be available in the Main Press Box, Radio Press Box and Photo Workroom before and during the game. A box lunch is provided for media working in the Video Workroom, however the regular pre-game meal will be served in the Photo Workroom. After the game, media and their families will be treated to a breakfast/brunch in the hospitality room at the Omni Mandalay Hotel from 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. All player and coach interviews other than media day, the news conferences scheduled at the Omni Mandalay Hotel, and post-game interviews must be arranged through each university s sports information department. *The asterisk in the media schedule indicates these functions require invitations or tickets for admittance. Media are invited to various social events during the week Team Welcome at Cowboys Stadium, NBA game, Dr Pepper/Hilton Anatole Bash, and LG Denim & Diamonds party as guests but are not permitted to cover these events. The exceptions are Lawry s, hospital visits, and the Big Play Luncheon, which are open for limited news coverage.
