Utilities; includes electric (baseline), water, sewer, gas and garbage Landscaping; includes mowing outside fenced areas, tree trimming, storm damage, and flower beds in some areas Capital Improvements; includes roads, repairs of utility systems, and other projects specific to each neighborhood Fire and Police Five Community Centers; can be reserved for resident s events (requires a refundable deposit) Housing s large events, LMC Military Spouses Club, National Night Out, several yearly contests and publications The services mentioned above are not all inclusive BAH on base is much more than just rent
