Case Manager ~ Legal/Child Support ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: The Child Support Enforcement ( CSE ) case manager promote the goals of the Leech Lake Child Support Enforcement CHILD SUPPORT Program ( LLBO CSEP ) by providing hands-on, personal case management for customers with the goal of increasing consistent, long-term financial support for the children. Education/Experience: BS Degree in Social Work (BSW) or other Human Services related field. Experience working in the human service or child support field. Experience working with the American Indian children and families. Experience in working with Tribal and/or District court systems. Experience in Microsoft Office applications. Duties/Responsibilities: Conducts in-office and telephone interviews with custodial and non-custodial parents. Performs buccal swabs for genetic testing when indicated for paternity establishment. Reviews child support cases and takes the next appropriate action on the cases in a timely manner in accordance with the LLBO CSEP Policy and Procedures Manual. Data Coordinator ~ Tribal Development ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: C Summary: The Data Coordinator is responsible for the directions of a comprehensive Band Wide population and service statistics research and projection program, which will serve as the official basis for Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe long-range planning. Education/Experience: Bachelor s Degree in Administration is preferred; 2 years A.A. or at least 2 years of experience in related fields will be considered as the minimum requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Continuously gathers and develops demographic and service data within the Band. Designs and tests methods of research and data collection. Annually prepares population projections for the Band and its designated, divisions, agencies and other component units and periodically prepares projections for each political geographic division. YouthBuild Construction Trainer ~ Education ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: B BCA REQUIRED Summary: Assist in the daily operations of the program including supporting youth and facilitating coordination of the education, construction, case management, life skills, job placement and leadership components of the program to meet YouthBuild participant needs. Education/Experience: Minimum of three years professional journey level construction experience required. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and First Aid and CPR training preferred. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate with Leech Lake programs and entities to develop a detailed construction plan and schedule, material needs and other information as required and keep them informed of construction progress and challenges. Mental Health Clinical Trainee (2) ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Will provide counseling services to American Indian adults, children, and families who reside on or near the Leech Lake Reservation. Services are based on individual, child, and family needs and are offered at varying levels of involvement, such as crisis intervention, individual and family counseling sessions, school based services, family and community support services, and mental health assessments. Education/Experience: Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and on track for licensure as a Mental Health Professional. Licensed Graduate Social Worker (L.G.S.W.) or Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) preferred. Duties/Responsibilities: Develops and implements Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) with clients according to the diagnostic assessment and mental health providers input. Completes psycho-social, functional, and behavioral assessments, to include a basic assessment of risk. Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy for clients. Provide therapeutic groups and activities as needed under the components of Children s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS). Mental Health Professional (2) ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Responsible for providing direct mental health services, including psychotherapy, with an emphasis on individuals and families, using various treatment modalities and skills to produce social, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Education/Experience: Master s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work and three (3) years experience in the mental health field required. Must be a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) required. Must be eligible for tribal licensure within 3 months of hire required. Duties/Responsibilities: Completes initial assessment and reviews client history, including medical and family background and related environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Assists the child and the child s family in obtaining needed mental health services by coordinating with the family and other agencies to assure collaboration of services, effectiveness of services, and continuity of care. Determines need, eligibility, and level of needed services, and provides referral to appropriate providers. Assists in the application for Medical Assistance. Assists in obtaining transportation to mental health services. Education/Experience: AA degree in Accounting or 2 to 4 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Duties/Responsibilities: Able to do journal entries and understand concept of A/R transaction and the effects on accounts. The principle responsibility of an accounts receivable clerk I is to enter and verify daily information that relates to travel following agency guidelines. Computes travel closeouts for accuracy and completeness. Cass Lake Family Service Advocate ~ Education~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: AND BCA REQUIRED Summary: Responsible for providing opportunities for parents to empower themselves to become self-sufficient by assessing their needs. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required. Duties/Responsibilities: Be familiar with current Head Start Performance Standards and the Leech Lake Center Based licensing requirements. Utilize developmentally appropriate practices and guidance. Attend Family Service Advisory Committee meetings and also attend parent meetings if requested. Community Rink Attendant (2) ~ Health ~ $12.00/hr. ~ Job Code: BCA REQUIRED Summary: Ensure and maintain a safe and welcoming environment at the Community skating rink. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D). Ability of ice skating preferred. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain skating rink and warming house. Keeping all areas of the facility neat, clean and safe at all times. Making sure all entrances are clear of debris and snow. Responsible for opening and closing facility. Distributes and collects rental skates. Crisis Coordinator ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: This position will provide coordination of crisis services for both children and adults who reside on or near the Leech Lake Reservation. The position will involve coordination of suicide prevention, developing and implementing suicide prevention programs. Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with mental illness. Prefer Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for coordination of Mental Health crisis line and crisis teams. Provide follow up surveys to consumers from crisis calls received to the crisis line and Leech Lake Behavioral Health. Follow up with all crisis contracted employees a minimum of one time per month. Set up quarterly crisis trainings for advocates and crisis team members.

5 PT EMT Attendant (4) ~ Health ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: AND BCA REQUIRED Summary: To adequately staff the ambulance service with certified Emergency Medical Technicians and to provide 24-hour medical services. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D). Hold current certification or documentation in a Department of Transportation approved Emergency Vehicle Operators course or complete within 3 months of hire. Must complete within 3 months of hire all advanced life support variances that are part of the ambulance service protocol. Education/Experience: Associate Degree in Human Services or related field required. Bachelor Degree or 30 hours of specialized adolescent training preferred. At least 5 years of supervised work experience in the CD field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Duties/Responsibilities: Work with Program Director and staff to develop a quality and effective treatment program by promoting communication and networking among staff and other related programs. Develop client treatment plans based on research, clinical experience, client s histories, client s records and confer with other professionals in order to evaluate mental and physical conditions and to determine their suitability for participation in specific programs.

Duties/Responsibilities: Assists the Accounting Team Leader in recording and maintaining accurate general ledger balances and proper recording of revenue recognition. Perform closeouts on special revenue funds to include general journal entries, disbursement vouchers, and submitting financial status reports to funding agencies. Youth Activities Coordinator ~ Education ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Cass Lake South: B, Mission Sugar Point: B AND BCA REQUIRED Summary: Responsible for planning and implementing activities for youth in the area of sports and recreation, health and fitness, cultural and youth educational programming.
