Early Learning Scholarship Administrator ~ Education ~ D.O.Q ~ Job Code: Summary: The Early Learning Scholarship Administrator is responsible for coordinating services in the MN Department of Education Early Learning Pathway I Scholarship. The administrator will partner with the Child Care Services for outreach and the Resource and Referral. Education/Experience: Must have or currently be enrolled in an AA or BA in Early Childhood, Human Services or a related field. Experience in the Early Childhood or Human Services field is required. Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure all MN Dept. of Education applications and work plans required for program operations are submitted in a timely manner. Process applications for new and ongoing clients according to program guidelines. Remain updated on childcare subsidy policies and inform parents, providers and community members of current status of funding and other issues relating to services.

Data Coordinator ~ Tribal Development ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: B Summary: The Data Coordinator is responsible for the directions of a comprehensive Band Wide population and service statistics research and projection program, which will serve as the official basis for Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe long-range planning. Education/Experience: Bachelor s Degree in Administration is preferred; 2 years A.A. or at least 2 years of experience in related fields will be considered as the minimum requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Continuously gathers and develops demographic and service data within the Band. Designs and tests methods of research and data collection. Annually prepares population projections for the Band and its designated, divisions, agencies and other component units and periodically prepares projections for each political geographic division. Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree (B.A.) in Finance or Accounting or; Two-year degree in Finance or Accounting and four years related work experience or; High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with a minimum of six years work experience in Finance or Accounting. Duties/Responsibilities: Assists the Accounting Team Leader in recording and maintaining accurate general ledger balances and proper recording of revenue recognition. Perform closeouts on special revenue funds to include general journal entries, disbursement vouchers, and submitting financial status reports to funding agencies. Reconcile balance sheet control accounts to subsidiary records and to verify that financial statements are accurate and issued in a timely manner. Duties/Responsibilities: Assists the Program Accountants and Accounting Team Leader in recording and maintaining accurate financial records. Prepares periodic financial status reports and assists in completing monthly closeouts of general fund programs as they relate to reservation reporting requirements. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and post general journal entries, approve purchase requisitions and disbursement vouchers, and submit financial status reports to programs as requested. Case Manager ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to children and families who are involved in, or is at risk to be in the child welfare system. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or other Human Services related field is required, Associate's Degree in Human Services may be considered, only if currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institute, working towards Bachelor's level degree and degree is obtained within two years. Minimum requirement is AA in Human Services Field required with Case Supervision required. Duties/Responsibilities: Familiarity with the Human Services programs and surrounding county social service agencies is required or willingness to learn. Manage a potentially high client case load of families residing within the Reservation boundaries. Work individually with families on parenting issues and building parenting skills.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Work experience in cooking in a large setting is preferred. Minimum one-year experience in a supervisory position is required. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring all maintenance of required training and certification requirements (Serve Safe, Food Managers Certification, Food Handler & Sanitation certification, etc.). Ensure safe and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and all equipment. Ensure all staff wears all required uniforms, hairnet, gloves, aprons, etc. Plan and follow the cycle menu that provides creditable and nutritional meals for children. Foster Care Coordinator ~ Human Services ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: The Foster Care Coordinator has the responsibility to ensure that Leech Lake licensed foster care homes have policies in place and are in compliance with the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Licensing Requirements for Foster Care. Education/Experience: Bachelor s Degree in a Public Administration or Human Services related field. Two years experience in administration and/or program development. Two years of supervisory experience. Two years experience in planning service delivery activities for American Indian children and families. Duties/Responsibilities: Become knowledgeable of the current Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Licensing Requirements for Foster Care. Participate in planning, problem solving and implementation of program services working closely with management to ensure effective delivery of services.

Youth Activities Coordinator ~ Education ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Cass Lake South: B, Mission Sugar Point: B Summary: Responsible for planning and implementing activities for youth in the area of sports and recreation, health and fitness, cultural and youth educational programming. Duties/Responsibilities: Plan a wide range of diverse activities for youth that will consist of recreational sports, health, fitness, cultural, education and prevention programming. Education/Experience: Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and on track for licensure as a Mental Health Professional. Licensed Graduate Social Worker (L.G.S.W.) or Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) preferred. Duties/Responsibilities: Accepts and follow through with referral, evaluates client physical and/or mental condition based on review of client information. Administers assessment tools for diagnosis to understand client psychological needs and identify appropriate client services under the supervision of a mental health professional. WIC Nutrition Counselor ~ Health ~ D.O.Q. ~ Job Code: Summary: Responsible for preforming duties in a community based clinical setting related to the certification of clients for the Minnesota Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. Education/Experience: Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution with a major in any of the following: nutritional sciences; community nutrition; clinical nutrition; dietetics; public health nutrition; or related field. Registered Dietitian (RD) or Diet Technician Registered (DTR) required. Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Minnesota, or ability to attain licensure in Minnesota within 60 days, will also be considered. Duties/Responsibilities: Duties would include assessments, counseling, referrals, promotion, and education in breastfeeding and nutrition.
