Services are based on individual, child, and family needs and are offered at varying levels of involvement, such as crisis intervention, individual and family counseling sessions, school based services, family and community support services, and mental health assessments. Education/Experience: Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and on track for licensure as a Mental Health Professional. Licensed Graduate Social Worker (L.G.S.W.) or Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.) preferred. Duties/Responsibilities: Develops and implements Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) with clients according to the diagnostic assessment and mental health providers input. Completes psycho-social, functional, and behavioral assessments, to include a basic assessment of risk. Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy for clients. Provide therapeutic groups and activities as needed under the components of Children s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS). The position will involve coordination of suicide prevention, developing and implementing suicide prevention programs. Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with mental illness. Prefer Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for coordination of Mental Health crisis line and crisis teams. Provide follow up surveys to consumers from crisis calls received to the crisis line and Leech Lake Behavioral Health. Follow up with all crisis contracted employees a minimum of one time per month. Set up quarterly crisis trainings for advocates and crisis team members.
