We are looking for receptionists who have experience of using computerised booking systems, are digitally literate with some admin skills and are confident working in a busy environment. Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage. Preparation and maintenance of control account reconciliations including bank and creditor accounts within tight timescales ensuring irreconcilable items are resolved and cleared within performance indicator targets. Prepare Creditor Analysis on a monthly basis. Ensure cash payments and receipts are posted on a weekly basis reconciling with the bank account. Process payroll pay-overs and resolve routine queries. Prepare accurate cash flow position on a monthly basis for inclusion in the monthly finance information pack. Assist in the production of Locala period end and year end accounts and other statutory returns as appropriate.

20 Level 4 stop smoking advisor - Bank contract only The Locala Tobacco Free service are offering an opportunity for Locala employers to enhance their skill and experience. We require bank staff at band four level to provide support and advice to Kirklees residents who wish to stop smoking and/or using smokeless tobacco. You must have experience of helping people to stop smoking and possess the level 2 intermediate helping smokers stop certification.
