1 New Horizons face both agriculture and health; two fields where rapid change is likely to continue. How do we improve our agriculture and health practices in response to ever changing needs, technologies and policies while protecting our assets and profits? People are the most important asset in any farming operation. When a farmer or farmworker suffers death or injury, the entire operation is affected. However, when considering farming improvements and practices, economic and convenience factors are often prioritized over health and safety. How can we do a better job of integrating prevention into best practices in farm management? We need to recognize the impact safety has on our bottom line. Diversity of perspectives is a hallmark of MRASH Conference attendees. All come together focused on one goal how to keep our farm families and farm workers safe and healthy. Intended Audience: Please join us if you are a farmer, farm worker, health care professional, safety and health practitioner, educator, engineer, emergency services provider, ag organization or agribusiness representative, employer, advocate, media member, or policy maker. Hosted by: Bronze Level Sponsor
