4 Introduction to the M&A Forum History The Quebec M&A Club was founded in 2009 There are 12 chapters in Québec, one in Ottawa and one in Toronto Over 500 members and expanding The largest mergers and acquisitions club in Canada Mission Create a unique event to facilitate transactions between sellers, buyers and industry professionals from M & A and financing. Building on the success of previous forums, M&A Club members in the mid- market space are offered the opportunity to expand their business networks.
