4 HOW TO ENTER - ADDENDUM A 1. Beginning Monday, May 15, 2017 HI-99 WTHI will give you the opportunity to Vacation Like You Mean It, with a weekly winner of a Pick Your Trip travel certificate. 2. Listeners will have the opportunity qualify on air, two (2) times daily, Monday-Thursday, for a total of up to eight (8) qualifiers on air per week. Once during the morning show from 6a-10a EST and once during the afternoon show 3p-7p EST. Listeners will be instructed to be the 9 th caller on the request line, Caller #9 will then be qualified to win that weeks trip. 3. Listeners will also have the chance to register to win the trip at a remote broadcast location each Friday during the duration of the contest. Those locations are as follows*: - Friday, May 19, am-1pm EST at the Hardee's location at 200 N. 3 rd Street in Terre Haute, IN - Friday, May 26, am-1pm EST at the Hardee's location at 3381 S. US Highway 41 in Terre Haute, IN - Friday, June 2, am-1pm EST at the Hardee's location at 304 E. National Ave. in Brazil, IN - Friday, June 9, am-1pm EST at the Hardee's Location at 888 Indiana 154 in Sullivan, IN - Friday, June 16, am-1pm EST at the Hardee's Location at 1741 Indiana 163 in Clinton, IN *locations are subject to change 4. The eight (8) on air qualifiers will be placed in the same container as those who enter at the remote broadcast locations and a winner will be drawn at random from all of the qualifiers that week. 5. 5 ADDENDUM B METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER 1. Beginning Friday, May 19, 2017 and each Friday following that concluding on Friday, June 16th, 2017 a winner will be drawn at random from that week's eligible qualifiers to win that weeks Pick Your Trip voucher. 2. Dates for the Pick Your Trip give-a-ways are as follows: - Friday, May 19, Friday, May 26, Friday, June 2, Friday, June 9, Friday, June 16, A winner will be selected at random from all the entires gathered that week from both on air qualifing and on site qualifying. All qualifiers will be placed in the same container and a winner will be drawn at random. Please note that a limit of ONE (1) can be won per person! Winner will be notified. At that time an appointment will be set to take place during standard business hours to receive the prize. Winner will need to show phote ID at time of appointment.
