3 Winner will be notified. Prize will be awarded upon completion of all legal paperwork with Midwest Communications, Inc./WRIG, Inc. Winner will be required to show Photo ID before completing winner paperwork. This will be done at 1162 Mt. Auburn Road, Evansillve, IN at the pre-determined date and time Winner will receive a 1099 in the approximate amount of $2, in calendar year 2016 of this prize package. In addition, the winner will need to pay sales tax (exact cash/money order) in the approximate amount of $0.00 of this prize package at the time of accepting prize and completing paperwork. Prize is non-transferable before acceptance of prize. 4 HOW TO ENTER - ADDENDUM A To qualify for the HOT 96 Carribean Cruise: 1. Listen for the cue to call during the 9am, 2pm and 5pm hours Monday - Friday. 2. When you hear the cue to call, call Caller #9 will get to select a cruise cabin number between If the cabin number has already been selected, the caller will not qualify for the cruise. If the caller selects a cabin number that hasn't been selected, they will qualify to win the cruise. 4. You may only qualify once during the promotion. Listeners can keep track of the cabin numbers that have been guessed at HOT96.com. There is no correct/winning number cabin number. 5 ADDENDUM B METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER The grand prize drawing for the HOT 96 Carribean Cruise will be at Bar Louie at 7700 Eagle Crest Blvd, Evansville, IN on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 6pm-8pm CDT. Must be present to win. Qualifiers will receive detailed information Qualifiers must check in by 7:15pm CDT in order to be eligible for the drawing. At check-in, the qualifier will receive the cabin number that they selected during the qualifying weeks. At approximately 7:30pm CDT, HOT 96 will conduct the drawing.
