1 Visit Phoenix 2018 SummerScapes Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR MARKETING MESSAGES ARE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT WON YET. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Who May Enter: You must be 18 years or older, and a resident of one of the United States or the District of Columbia to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize, and you must have computer access, an address and Internet access as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Visit Phoenix, The Arizona Republic, the promotion prize sponsors, or of their respective affiliated companies, distributors, dealers, retailers, accounting or legal firms, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and individuals living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family members" mean spouse, children, parents, parents of spouse, siblings, and spouse's siblings. Any person who wins any Sweepstakes sponsored by Visit Phoenix during a calendar year is ineligible to enter or win any other Sweepstakes sponsored by Visit Phoenix during that same calendar year. Additional Eligibility Requirements: Prior to receiving any prize, the winner must provide Visit Phoenix with any information or certifications needed by Visit Phoenix, in its sole judgment, for tax reporting purposes. The prize winner also must complete and sign a Declaration of Eligibility & Release to be eligible to receive the prize. If you fail to satisfy these conditions within ten (10) days after we send you notice that your name has been selected, you will not be eligible for the prize and we will select an alternate winner as described in "Selection of Winners" below. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. All decisions on eligibility will be made by Visit Phoenix and its decisions are final. Entry Period: All entries must be received between Sunday, April 29, 2018 and 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) June 30, How to Enter: To enter, complete the Online Entry Form at or One entry per person.

2 Ineligible Entries: The use of automated entry devices is prohibited; all such entries are void. Only completed entries will be eligible for a chance to win the prize. Visit Phoenix will not verify receipt of entries, and proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor (or as proof of entry). Visit Phoenix has no obligation to notify the participant of the disqualified entry. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning addresses or the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for late, incomplete, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or address that submits more than the maximum number of allowed entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Prize: Visit Phoenix will award one (1) Prize each to six (6) winners. Reservations for all prizes subject to availability and blackout dates; and other terms and conditions noted on each certificate. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries; drawing to be held on or about July 15, First Winner will receive the Boulders Resort & Spa prize: Two (2) nights accommodations in a Sonoran Casita (includes room and tax); appetizers and signature cocktails for two (2) at The Discovery Lounge; dinner for two (2) at The Spotted Donkey. Approx. value: $450. Approx. value: $1,400. Advanced reservations required and blackout dates apply. Certificate expires August 30, Note that expiration dates cannot be extended. Prizes do not include any travel to or from Greater Phoenix and to or from any hotel. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Payment of any and all taxes associated with the Prizes are the responsibility of the winner of the Prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable if lost, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cancellation/ No-show will result in forfeiture of this certificates. There are no refunds on unused portions of the certificates. Selection of Winner: After the conclusion of the Entry Period, Visit Phoenix will select the winner by means of a random drawing from all eligible entries, and then will attempt to contact the winner at the address provided by that person when entering (the notice ). If (a) Visit Phoenix determines that the person whose name was drawn was not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, or (b) that person refuses to accept the prize or fails to complete the eligibility requirements described in "Additional Eligibility Requirements" above, or (c) that person does not respond to the notice within 10 days after Visit Phoenix sent the notice, or (d) the notice is rejected for any reason, then Visit Phoenix will conduct a subsequent random drawing from all remaining eligible entry forms to select an alternate winner. Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that Visit Phoenix, The Arizona Republic, the prize sponsors and their respective agents, affiliates, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the Prize, and each entrant fully realizes the foregoing parties from any liability whatsoever.

4 Additional Agreements/Waivers: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and to interpretation of these rules by Visit Phoenix. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Each entrant also agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including inability to access the website, submit entries or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Sweepstakes website, whether human, mechanical or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice on If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine winners from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Governing Law & Venue: This Sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Maricopa County courts in the state of Arizona in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Arizona. Should there be any conflict between the laws of Arizona and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the state of Arizona.
