1 Promotional Period & Eligibility: 1. Rideau Carleton Raceway and Casino (RCRC) will conduct on every Friday between September 15, 2017 through December 29, The chances of winning the prizing associated with the qualifying sessions (each, a Qualifying Session and collectively the Qualifying Sessions ) in this promotion are dependent on the number of participants for the Qualifying Sessions. This promotion is only open to WCR members only. 3. This promotion takes place at Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino (the Site ). 4. Mail, and/or telemarketing invitational reminders may be distributed to qualified invitees. HOW TO ENTER: PRIZES: 5. Every Friday from September 15, 2017 to December 29, 2017, starting at 9:00 a.m., a total of five hundred (500) Fortune Friday fortune cookies will be available to be handed out at the WCR desk at the Site on a first come, first served basis during the promotional period. Limit: One (1) Fortune Friday fortune cookie per patron, per day, while quantities last, on a first come, first served basis. OR 6. Every Friday September 15, 2017 to December 29, 2017, starting at 5:00 p.m., a total of five hundred (500) Fortune Friday fortune cookies will be available to be handed out at the WCR desk at the Site on a first come, first served basis during the promotional period. Limit: One (1) Fortune Friday fortune cookie per patron, per day, while quantities last, on a first come, first served basis. 7. The only way to receive a Fortune Friday fortune cookie in this Promotion is to be a patron of the Site during the promotional dates as listed in Rule 5 and There are a total of one thousand (1000) prizes available to be won at the Site each Friday of the promotion beginning on September 15, 2017 up to and including December 29, 2017 (the Promotional Period ). 9. Eligible patrons who received a fortune cookie through the Fortune Friday giveaway during the Promotional Period, can receive one (1) of the following prizes: One (1) invitation to participate in Keep Your Cash Cyclone OR One (1) twenty five dollar slot play ($25.00 CAD) OR One (1) ten dollar slot play ($10.00 CAD) OR One (1) entry into the Second Chance draw

2 10. The odds of obtaining a particular fortune cookie Prize will vary based on distribution of fortune cookies by the Site. 11. At the start of each promotional day, the fortune cookie Prizes available to be won (and the corresponding odds of winning) are as follows: Prize Number available each Friday Keep Your Cash Cyclone Twenty five (25) 5% $25 Slot Play Twenty five (25) 5% $10 Slot Play Fifty (50) 10% Second Chance Draw Four hundred (400) 80% Approximate Overall Odds of Winning at Start of Promotional Period 12. There is a limit of one (1) fortune cookie prize per eligible WCR member, per Fortune Friday. 13. All slot play vouchers must be redeemed at the Winner s Circle Rewards desk at the Site of issuance for slot play within twenty four (24) hours of issuance. Keep Your Cash Cyclone: 14. Beginning on September 15, 2017 up to and including December 29, 2017 every Friday during the Promotional Period, selected Fortune Friday winners who have received an invitation to the Cyclone Machine can enter the Cyclone machine, as per Rule #10 and 11, at the following times: Cyclone Machine Operating Hours: 9:00 a.m. 10:30 p.m. each Friday during the promotional period 15. Limit: One (1) Keep Your Cash Cyclone invitation per person may be redeemed per day. Invitation must be redeemed no later than 10:30 p.m. on the day of issue. 16. Each promotional Friday the following breakdown of Keep Your Cash Cyclone Machine Vouchers will be placed in the Keep Your Cash Cyclone machine. The vouchers contained in the Keep Your Cash Cyclone Machine are as follows:

At 9:00 a.m. on each of the following promotional dates, a batch of vouchers will be placed in the Keep Your Cash Cyclone Machine. Each batch will consist of two hundred and seven (207) vouchers for cash prizes in the denominations and quantities listed above with an aggregate equivalent of one thousand dollars ($1,000 CAD) in cash. 18. The following Participation Rules govern the contestant s actions while in the Cyclone Machine. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification: No prizes will be awarded to disqualified contestants. Contestants must wear goggles while in the Keep Your Cash Cyclone Machine. Contestants may attempt to collect vouchers in inner layers of clothing, pockets, hands, and body (by holding under arms, between arms, etc.), but only those vouchers placed in the pockets of the apron will be considered grabbed and collected. Contestants may not collect vouchers which are lying on the floor of the Keep Your Cash Cyclone or vouchers below knee level. Contestants may not collect vouchers once the cash machine stops (once the thirty (30) second time span expires). Vouchers on the outer layer of contestant s clothing, or on the walls of the cash machine (above knee level) are eligible to be grabbed, but must be placed in the pockets of the apron prior to exiting the cash machine in order to be considered collected. Only those vouchers present in the pockets of the apron upon exiting the cash machine will qualify. Any vouchers not placed in the apron or not presented to the Site representative before the count is finalized will not qualify. The length of time in the cash machine is at the discretion of Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino and the same amount of time will be granted for each contestant, each day. The length of time will be thirty (30) seconds. The maximum number of vouchers a contestant may collect in the cash machine is two hundred and seven (207), for a maximum prize equivalent of one thousand ($1000 CAD) cash.

4 DAILY DRAWS: Failure to comply with the Official Rules and Regulations and these Participation rules may result in disqualification of the offending contestant. Disqualification of a contestant does not affect the rights of remaining contestants. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino is not responsible for any errors or reconciliation of vouchers. In order to claim the prize, the patron must sign a release form (Schedule A), acknowledging number of vouchers collected. If the patron does not sign the release form, he/she will be disqualified. The prize must be claimed in person. A valid government issued photo identification or a valid government issued (as determined by casino management) non photo identification with WCR card must be provided in order to claim the prize. In case of a Keep Your Cash Cyclone Machine malfunction or if the selected patron chooses not to participate, Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino shall have the option of issuing the minimum prize of five dollars ($5.00 CAD) in cash. 19. The second chance draws will take place each Friday during the promotional period at 10:30 p.m. 20. In order to be eligible, ballots must be completed in full and deposited into the designated draw drum by the participant on or before the designated closing time. Ballots not completed in full will be disqualified. 21. The daily second chance draw, One (1) draw will take place at 10:30 p.m. for One (1) Five Hundred Dollars ($ CAD) cash 22. Except at the discretion of Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino, backup ballots will not be drawn. Eligible ballots selected during each draw will not be placed back into the draw drum. 23. The draw drum will be closed to deposits each Friday at 10:25 p.m., to allow for the completion of the drawing process. The drum will be removed from the Site following the last draw of the promotion, taking place, taking place at 10:30 p.m. on September 8, All ballots will remain at the Site at which they were entered for ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion. After ninety (90) days, the ballots will be destroyed. 25. Selected eligible winners do not have to be in attendance at the time of the draw to win. The selected eligible winners names will be announced over the Site s Internal Public Address system on the Gaming Floor. If a selected winner who is announced does not present himself/herself to the Winner s Circle Rewards desk within ten (10) minutes following the draw, attempts will be made to contact the selected eligible winner. The first attempt will be made within 24 hours of when the prize draw took place. The second attempt will be made seven (7) days after the first attempt and the third attempt will be made seven (7) days after the second attempt. Selected eligible winners will have sixty (60) days from the first attempt of contact to claim the applicable prize. Attempts will be made to contact each selected eligible winner at his/her telephone number (as recorded in the player database) if the patron has

5 provided phone consent, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or by (as recorded in the player database), if the patron has provided consent, or by regular mail (as recorded in the player database), if the patron has provided mail consent, to arrange a time to visit the WCR desk to claim his/her prize. Each selected eligible winner is responsible for returning any telephone or message left by the WCR representative within the time frame stipulated in the message in order to remain eligible to win the applicable prize. If a selected eligible winner has not provided Rideau Carleton Raceway casino with phone, or mail consent, then a note will be added to the member s account and if, within the time specified above, the member returns to the Site, the staff member will inform the winner of the prize. 26. If, at the end of the above mentioned time period, a selected eligible winner has not been contacted or otherwise declared a winner for the applicable prize in accordance with these Rules and Regulations, then he/she will no longer be eligible to receive the applicable prize. 27. The prize must be claimed at the Site, in person within the time limits specified. In order to claim the prize, the patron must present valid government issued photo identification OR his/her valid WCR card together with an acceptable (as determined by casino management) form of valid government issued non photo identification. 28. If a selected eligible winner does not claim the prize within time limits specified, the prize will not be awarded and Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino has no obligation to award any substitute prizes. 29. The prizes are transferable once awarded and must be accepted as awarded. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize or a component thereof with a prize or prizes of equal or greater retail value. General 1. Participants must be 19 years of age or older, a member enrolled in the Winners Circle program and must present valid identification. 2. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the AGCO. 3. Casino Management and/or the AGCO will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion. 4. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void. 5. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation. 6. All employees of Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Also excluded are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino s advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion and their immediate family members, agent s successors and assignees.

6 7. Cash may be substituted in lieu of any of the Prizes. Prize or cash equivalent determined by Casino Management. 8. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 9. Promotion open to Winner s Circle Rewards (WCR) members only. There is no fee payable to obtain membership, but Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino is not responsible for any delays in processing membership applications. 10. Promotion is subject to change at Rideau Carleton raceway Casino s sole discretion without notice. 11. Promotion available at Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino location only. 12. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize drawing. 13. Ballots must be deposited into the ballot drum to be eligible for the subsequent draws. 14. Winners do not have to be present to win but must comply with redemption rules stated herein. 15. Patrons with self excluded or trespassed status, as determined by Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino will not be eligible to participate in this or any promotion at any gaming facility at which OLG conducts and manages gaming. Any self excluded person detected at a gaming property will be removed and trespassed. 16. In the event a selected entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements stated herein, then Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino has no obligation to award any prize in relation to the entrant. 17. It is the responsibility of the winner to have the necessary documentation for travel (if applicable) outside of Canada and Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino will not be liable if there are barriers to travel for personal circumstances beyond management s control. 18. It is the participating patron s responsibility to verify, where applicable, that the WCR membership number appearing on the ballot is the same as the membership number appearing on the patron s WCR card. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino will not be responsible for typing or keying errors, when swiping or keying in the membership number. 19. No substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made, save for Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino s right, at its sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater value. Except as specifically provided herein, unclaimed gifts/prizes will not be awarded. 20. As per the WCR program rules and regulations (contained within the WCR application) any WCR card used in this Offer can only be swiped by the named cardholder. The use of any other person's WCR card(s) to participate in this Offer will result in any issued coupons/vouchers/ballots being null and void and ineligible to win any draws and/or prizes. 21. A selected entrant may be required to sign, before receiving a gift or prize, a declaration and release, confirming (among other things) Offer eligibility, compliance with these Term and Conditions and releasing Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino including any management agency and any independent judging organization from any liability in connection with the conduct of the Offer and/or the awarding of the prizes. A selected entrant hereby agrees to the use of their name as stated on the Audio/Visual release form, and address of the claimant (valid Government issued photo ID will be required). 22. The Released Parties are not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Offer, or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino s control, and Rideau Carleton raceway Casino may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this Offer (and/or amend these Term and Conditions), as the casino management deems necessary in its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Rideau Carleton Raceway

7 Casino, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay the timing of any draw for up to fifteen (15) minutes or otherwise amend the timing of any other element of this Offer to satisfy any customer service or promotional integrity issues resulting from uncontrollable circumstances, and this includes the right to similarly extend the time period(s) available to patrons to receive and/or submit ballots/entries. 23. These Terms and Conditions govern this promotion and must be followed by all entrants at all times. By agreeing to participate in the promotion, all entrants agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Term and Conditions. 24. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time. 25. This Offer is subject to the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, as applicable. 26. Rideau Carleton Raceway Casino reserves the right to change or alter this promotion, as it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, making changes or alterations to these Term and Conditions relating to the accommodation of participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
