4 HOW TO ENTER - ADDENDUM A #1: Listen to WTAQ s Mike & Matt from Monday, January 11 thru Friday, January 15, They will qualify 1 listener per day by asking a trivia question on Canadian History. Each daily qualifier will receive a pair of tickets to the All Canada Show and can to participate in the WTAQ Grand Prize Hockey Game Contest. -4- A-1 Official Rules WI

5 ADDENDUM B METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER The Grand Prize promotion will take place at the All Canada Show on Friday, January 22, 2016 at approx. 5:00pm. Contest directions and details will be posted at the event and must be followed. Each participant will be required to sign a WTAQ Release of Liaiblity Form and show a photo ID. The qualifier will physically have to make hockey shots. If the qualifer is physically unable to physically do this a proxy may participate for the quialifier but the qualifer must be present. The All Canada Hockey Game we have 3 holes... small slot down low that is fairly easy to hit... then two holes up top that are hard to hit. Each contestant will receive 5 pucks. They will get 1 point for hole down low and 5 points for hard holes up top. Total points wins. In case of a tie, we have a playoff 3 pucks and total points wins. All decisions will be final. This prize has no cash value and is not open to professional or semi professional hockey players. -5- A-1 Official Rules WI
