2 Throwback to 1988 Team Packet 30th Office Olympix is a distinct fundraiser that encourages organizations to foster charitable giving, team building, and competitive fun between co-workers. Teams consist of 4-5 individuals who collectively raise $500 or more per team. Easterseals will organize monthly incentives leading up to the event, providing teams opportunities to earn points towards their score. Prizes will be awarded for highest fundraised teams, top competitive teams, best costumes and more! 30th Office Olympix Thursday, April 19, :30-9:30 pm Wisehaven Event Center 2985 E Prospect Rd, York, PA EVENT SCHEDULE: 5:30 pm Registration and Hors D oeuvres At time of registration, team captain must submit completed waiver form with each team members signature. Team captains will be given team gifts and game rotation packet, indicating game they are assigned to at the start. 6:30 pm MAIN EVENT Teams raising $1500 or more will be entered to compete in the Main Event Game. 6:45 pm Official Games Begin 8:30 pm Awards Ceremony & Raffle Drawings *** Please submit all fundraising moneys or registration fees to Easterseals by April 15, 2018 to be included in competition.

This crowdfunding website (similar to go fund me) allows teams to create a personalized fundraising page. Teams can update stories, photos, manage donations, and more. Choose personal fundraising, enter team name and follow the easy step-by-step instructions. 3. Share your team fundraising page through and social media, asking friends, family, and co-workers to contribute to your cause and help send you to the Office Olympix games. COLLECT CASH & CHECK DONATIONS Perfect for those less tech savvy, use the tried and true pledge form to collect donations. Ask those you interact with on a daily basis to make a contribution to send your team to the Office Olympix. Suggestions include: neighbors, friends, co-workers, salons, social groups & congregations. CREATE AN OFFICE FUNDRAISER Teams are encouraged to keep the momentum going by running monthly office fundraisers. Successful office fundraisers include: Bake sale or chili cook-off (suggested $1-$3 per item) Dress Down Days (suggested $5 donation to wear jeans) Set up a donation jar in a prominent location in your office (Send us to the office olympix with a team photo and fundraising goal) Ask your employer to match what your team raises Create a fundraiser tailored to your organization.
