10 Special Events and Optional Activities Kayak and Paddleboard Trip Thursday, June 1 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Join us for a water-bound adventure with your friends and colleagues and our guide, L.L. Bean. A shuttle will be provided onsite to and from the river. Equipment will be provided onsite at the river for paddle boarding or kayaking. A professional guide will be available for training and supervision. This trip is appropriate for beginners and advanced alike. 30 minutes total travel time plus 2 hours on the water are included. Experienced kayakers with equipment may car-top to the river, and participate in more a challenging tour. Please let us know if you will be joining us with your own equipment. Age range for the event is 8 and up (under 14 with parent/guardian). From I-95, get onto the Capital Beltway (I-495 North) heading toward Tysons Corner & Dulles Airport From I-495 West, take the left exit #45 onto the Dulles Toll Road/Route 267 West Proceed through main toll plaza for 11 miles Take Exit 9B onto Rt. 28/Sully Road North Go 4 miles and exit onto Rt. 7 West toward Leesburg Travel 3.5 miles (after 3 Lights) on Rt. 7 West Exit right onto Lansdowne Boulevard Proceed through the traffic light Make a right onto Woodridge Pwky.
