Nevada St. Carson City, NV Members and Guests: The members of Carson City Elks Lodge # 2177 and their spouses are honored and pleased to be your hosts for the Nevada State Elks Association Annual Convention April 18 th 21 st, We hope you will find your visit to our town and lodge enjoyable and comfortable. This registration packet consists of: Registration Form Agenda Host Accommodations Detail Page Menus Suggested Dress Code & General Weather Page Page of Maps There is a national soccer tournament going on at the same time as the NSEA Convention so room accommodations are limited in the city. However, the newly remodeled City Center Motel has set aside seventy-one (71) rooms for us but the reservations must be made by March 6 th, After March 6 th, any rooms not reserved will be made available to the general public. We have also made arrangements with the Plaza Hotel to take any additional room requests. Plaza Hotel has set aside ten (10) rooms for our convention. First, please call the City Center Motel at (800) , 800 N. Carson St., Carson City, NV Seventyone (71) rooms must be reserved before calling the Plaza Hotel at (775) , 801 S. Carson St., Carson City, NV Once you have filled out the registration form indicating those functions you will be attending, please send it along with your payment to: Carson City Lodge #2177 Attn: Mary Wilde 515 N.
