Officer Dodge advised one of the suspects had left in vehicle (NE plate #21- V776). I located the vehicle and stopped it in the East end of the parking lot. He had parked his car in the east lot for Herberger s, had left the vehicle unlocked and the bank envelope was on the passenger seat of his vehicle while he was walking at the Mall. 6 I was dispatched to the alley behind Valley Bank on 1st Avenue and E 17th Street reference a male sleeping in the alley. I made contact with the male who was intoxicated. The male doesn't' have a current address or family members to be transported to; therefore, I placed him on a six hour hold. Matthew said he noticed the damage on this date and called the police. I observed the vehicle bearing 21 P 579, which is on a 1995 Toyota. I observed the driver's door window shattered from a BB gun. Further investigation showed that the window had been shot several times with a BB or pellet gun. A impact mark was also visible on the sheet metal near the back window. Campus security guards went and got the two students and spoke with them. Both students admitted to smoking marijuana during lunch. Campus security then went and searched the students vehicles which were parked on school grounds and located a pipe in each vehicle and a small amount of suspected marijuana in one of the vehicles. Both Brittany Kampbell and Alyssa Encinia were issued citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and Encinia was also charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce. An unknown person spray painted graffiti on the east wall of the business. The graffiti read "Sureno X3". Black paint was used to cause the damage. There are no suspects at this time. 12 On , I was called to th Avenue for a parking complaint. I was advised that a white car with slashed tires had left parked on the street for a long period of time. On that date, I left a tow notice for the vehicle. On , I attempted to contact both registered owners without success. The vehicle was then towed by Scottsbluff Towing to the county yard. 13 I had contact with Michelle Gregory in the parking lot of 3102 Ave I. Gregory had an active warrant for her arrest. The warrant was confirmed with the Communications Center. I checked with the communication center if Little Bear had current local warrants and they confirmed he did have an active warrant. See attached Doc# : Domestic Assault and False Imprisonment. Contact was made with Little Bear, is identity was confirmed. Little Bear was handcuffed, checked for fitting and double locked. I transported Little Bear to Scottsbluff County Jail without incident.
