Officer Dodge advised one of the suspects had left in vehicle (NE plate #21- V776). I located the vehicle and stopped it in the East end of the parking lot. 6 I was dispatched to the alley behind Valley Bank on 1st Avenue and E 17th Street reference a male sleeping in the alley. I made contact with the male who was intoxicated. The male doesn't' have a current address or family members to be transported to; therefore, I placed him on a six hour hold. Campus security guards went and got the two students and spoke with them. Both students admitted to smoking marijuana during lunch. Campus security then went and searched the students vehicles which were parked on school grounds and located a pipe in each vehicle and a small amount of suspected marijuana in one of the vehicles. Both Brittany Kampbell and Alyssa Encinia were issued citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and Encinia was also charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce.
