Officer made contact with the reporting party. When attempting to speak to the male Clay Lee, he refused to answer any questions. I checked him through Communications Center for warrants and it came back that he had an active Scotts Bluff County Warrant. I confirmed the warrant through the communications center and Hernandez was taken to my patrol car where he was handcuffed, double locked, and checked for fit.
