Before we get started, do take some time to read through the necessary information below to plan your attendance to Hari Pengasuh Kebangsaan 2016 (#HPK2016)jointly organised by Persatuan Pengasuh Berdaftar Malaysia (PPBM) & Persatuan Pengasuh Negeri Pahang (PPNP) from 29 th April to 1 st May If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact Pn Zubaidah, President of PPNP at or Crystal Lo from PPBM at (office) / clo@ppbm.org. Regards, Crystal Lo Comms& Project Manager EVENT INFORMATION Event #HPK2016 (Hari Pengasuh Kebangsaan 2016) Theme Pengasuh Ceria, Kanak-Kanak Gembira Date & Time Day 1- Friday, 29 April 2016, 4pm to 8pm (Registration commences at 330pm) Day 2 - Saturday, 30 April 2016, 7am to 1000pm Day 3 - Sunday, 1 May 2016, 7am to 1230pm Address Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara Temerloh (IKBNT) Kampung Bongsu, Lanchang, Lot PT 4223, Mukim Semantan, Pahang, Temerloh, Malaysia Accomodation PPBM may assist to reserve basic accommodation (Dormitory) on site at IKBNT for participants based on their request raised through their respective State/District Associations 2 weeks before the event date. Participants shall bear the cost of accommodation throughout their stay for the event. Website ikbnt.gov.my Note to State/District Associations PPBM shall issue an invoice to respective state associations based on your RSVP of confirmed participants given to PPBM before 15 April 2016 for those who require accommodation arrangement as payment advice. State associations are required to make full payment to PPBM, latest by 15 April 2016.Please take note that late entries without full payment will not be accepted. Due to limitations, the accommodation arrangement is only valid for confirmed and paid registration of PPBM and its State/District Association Members. Accommodation will not be
2 confirmed for participants who fail to register and pay before the closing date. Any cancellations made after the closing date of 15 April 2016 will not be entertained and refunds are not allowed. Registered participants who are unable to attend #HPK2016 may send a representative as replacement, State / District Association representatives are required to inform Ms. Crystal Lo at PPBM immediately if there are any changes to your respective team s participation. The paid accommodation registration for #HPK2016 are valid for 3 days, 2 nights stay at IKBNT s dormitories from 29 April 1 May Accommodation will not be confirmed for participants and their family members who did not register and pay for the accommodation to PPBM before 15April Participants are advised to make your own arrangements for any of your family members in this case. Having taken into consideration the total number of participants by state and logistics efficiency, the organizers shall hold the final jurisdiction in accommodation arrangement. Please contact Crystal at clo@ppbm.org should you require further clarification regarding matters related to #HPK2016 accommodation arrangements. Meal arrangement throughout your stay at IKBNT are as follow Day 1 - Friday, 29 April 2016, Free & easy (Dinner not included, however food sale at kiosks by PPNP is open) Day 2 - Saturday, 30 April 2016, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner is included Day 3 - Sunday, 1 May 2016, Breakfast & Lunch is included Food Sale & Convenience Kiosk A food & convenience booth / kiosk will be setup by PPNP for the convenience of participants to purchase food, drinks, convenience items etc.
3 Packing List The items listed are recommended to be brought over for your personal comfort. Before you leave your home, you may want to check your items with this list again to ensure that you have packed all the necessary items that would make your stay more comfortable throughout the duration of #HPK2016.
