STATUS OF LIFELINES Per agreement forged during a meeting between the affected local chief executives and local electric cooperatives, electricity will be restored in a week time starting 08 February 2012 As of 9 February, some portions of La libertad and Jimalalud were already energized thru the efforts of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP).
