A meeting was set up within days, they arrived exactly on time, and provided an estimate within 24 hours. They provided pictures of exactly what was found when... From start to finish, very professional. I thought they were great. The work was done in a timely and professional manner!! I was highly satisfied with the finish project. Joe Levecchi and his Exterior Medics team have done several jobs me over the last 2 years. I continue to use them because they do high quality work, communicate effectively throughout the job process and deliver on what they promised. My primary deciding factor was that the sales representative took the time to do a thorough review of my roof, discussed findings and options with me bee making recommendations. professionalism and quality, honesty about what really did or didn't need to be done I asked two things: Repair a ceiling leak and paint all front facing trim. After the roof was replaced, the leaking continued. The leaking was properly diagnosed and repaired by a chimney repairman.i had to speak with a supervisor to get the front trim painted, after it somehow "fell off" the estimate. Page 4 of 6

Exterior Medics was very responsive to a few small tasks that needed to be redone. The total job involved quite a few different tasks and skills.
