Natchitoches, LA Jul 27, 2017 I purchased a RainSoft water treatment system from Tri-State power & Air in I have been very pleased with the system's permance and the prompt professional service I have received from Tri-State. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends. Ok. This past week I recommended Tri-State to a gentleman. A little story I like to tell is as follows. I called Tri-State, and the salesman came in just a couple of days. They installed my unit on Thursday and hooked up the plumbing. The electricians came on Friday and got everything wired and the switch... It was a good feeling to have a professional come in and do all the work me. I had another company in another part of the country and was not always able to talk to a professional person. They are professional. As with all workers, some are better than others. Most of the time they are punctual, professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service. Page 2 of 6

Princeton, LA Feb 24, 2017 We are very pleased with our continuing relationship with Tri-State Water, Power & Air, ever since they installed our RainSoft water treatment system back in Scheduler out of Missouri was very accommodating. The technician who came to do the service was knowledgeable and good. The only issue was that he left the reverse osmosis setting on backwash when he left after putting in a new membrane. I caught it and changed it a couple of days later, but it could have been an issue. Great outfit all around! I have been very disappointed in every aspect of my rainsoft system, from the initial sales man that sold it to me, to poor quality of the unit, to the unprofessional and rude service techs. Rainsoft/Tri- State Water is one of the worst companies that I have ever had this displeasure of dealing with. Tri-State Water, Power and & Air are great at keeping my generator operational. I have on two occasions had the generator kick on due to bad weather. While everyone else was in the dark, I enjoyed light and comt. Thank you Tri-State Water a great product and service. It's expensive but it's worth it. They do good services. Very Good! Both the service and products are quite expensive, but in the long run, it is worth it. Installed my generator in one day. They did a really good job. My generator has more than paid itself since they installed it. My generator runs my whole house plus... Our over all experience has been great, it sure has made a big difference in the taste of our water! Bee you could not even drink our water, but now everybody tell's us how great our water taste. Great service!!!!virgil Stone All workmen that was here were knowledge and did there job wel had a minor problem (battery). thought it would take a couple of days. Serviceman apologized because it took him three hours to get there. Now that is service! I am glad they come out and do a yearly maintenance checkup. Chad B did an excellent job. My husband had passed away a week bee this scheduled maintenance check up and he had always been the one who took care of everything. This was my 1st time to have the maintenance checkup and I didn't know anything about it. Chad was very nice and explained everything... Page 5 of 6

Every time I've dealt with them, they've been really professional, from the sale to the install and anytime I needed someone to come out and check the machine.
