3 INTRODUCTION BCT SECURITY SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, was incorporated as a Bumiputra company by the Companies Commission Of Malaysia (SSM), on the 28 th April 2011 (No. Syarikat, V). On the 8 th May, 2012, the company was granted a Security license by the Home Ministry (KDN). It was authorized to provide the full range of security services throughout Malaysia. BCT Security solutions Sdn. Bhd, has established a dedicated, experienced and professional team of staff specializing in providing security and safety services, to meet various specific needs. The company specializes in providing private professional security services for residential areas, condominiums, factories, malls, offices, commercial establishments, warehouses and industrial sites. All our security guards have to undergo a very stringent recruitment and security vetting process, prior to being employed. The potential guards will have to undergo an intensive training programme, which covers the basic fundamentals of the security and safety services they are to provide. The company believes that good, efficient and effective security can be attained and achieved through proper training and commitment towards achieving that goal. We believe in maximizing the usage of modern technology, such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems and utilizing the best equipment and techniques in the security industry so as to provide quality security services to our clients. The experience of our top management staff in conducting surveys and auditing procedures will ensure that our clients will be provided with quality security services comparable to international standards. Our quality management process begins when prospective guards and officers are interviewed, screened and assessed for their detailed orientation, interest in our industry as a career and commitment to personal success. It continues throughout the entire training process where instructors file several reports assessing each trainee s progress. Once training has been completed, each candidate is assigned to the type of post that his training instructor s reports indicate he is best suited for. We specialize in supervision through qualified staff that will check your property at regular intervals, during each twelve hour shift. BCT Security supervisors make every effort to ensure that each and every guard we employ is punctual, attentive to details and well groomed during his shift. At the end of each shift, a detailed Daily Activity Report (DAR) is filled by the Security Officer on duty at your location. 16 RECRUITMENT & TRAINING We recruit staff for a specific client and premise in mind. It is our company s policy that deployment to all new sites consist of experienced staff trained on existing sites. Our company also adheres to the policy set by Kementerian Dalam Negeri s (KDN) in providing Certified Security Guard (CSG) training for our guards. We make every effort to ensure that our staffs are dedicated to pursuing a career within the industry, and at the same time provide a high standard of effective on site security, through the long term retention of our staff. As we are sure you will appreciate a security service depends totally upon the effectiveness of the person employed to undertake these duties. To ensure this, only those between 21 and 58 years of age are eligible for employment and all persons will have their employment vetted thoroughly. Confirmation of employment is also subject to three months probationary period.
