2 DR. MUHAMMAD NAZRI BIN AZIZ Dr. Muhammad Nazri Bin Aziz; MD. (USM), MPath. (Microbiology) (UKM). A Pathologist and Consultant Medical Microbiologist at Lablink (M) Sdn. Bhd. and KPJ Healthcare Berhad. He began his career at Sarawak General Hospital. He continued his career in Ministry of Health and has served in various hospitals in the country which include Hospital Simunjan, Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Pusat Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Sungai Buloh and Hospital Pulau Pinang. Dr Nazri also has undergone subspecialty training in Diagnostic Virology at Queensland Pathology and Queensland Paediatric Infectious Disease Laboratory, Brisbane and Viral Hepatology and Molecular Diagnostics at Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory at Melbourne, Australia. He has vast experience in the field of Medical Microbiology, Medical Virology and Prevention and Control of Infection (PCI) activities.

3 Dr. Norris Naim Consultant Blood Transfusion Specialist cum Haematologist Dr. Norris Naim is currently working in Lablink (M) Sdn. Bhd. as the resident consultant Blood Transfusion Specialist cum Haematologist. Dr. Norris Naim who is previously a Consultant Pathologists Hematology and Blood Transfusion at Pusat Darah Negara (PDN), Kuala Lumpur. He has greatly involved in the recent development of Hematology section, enhancing Hematology services to meet the increasing demand from hospitals. His role is recently expanded to supervise Blood Transfusion services in hospitals to fulfil requirements from Accreditation bodies. His presence provide added value to Lablink and KPJHB, especially in patient safety and blood transfusion services that is one of KPJ core values..

4 NADIAH NABILAH OSMAN (PSMB Certificate: TTT/5693) Nadiah comes from a sales background, Nadiah experience as a trainer and salesperson in AL Global Corporation Sdn Bhd. She is the authorised distributor for CardioDetect FABP and CardioDetect COMBI from Germany. After building a strong record of accomplishment as a salesperson, Ms. Nadiah decided to pursue her passion in training and business development. She holds a Bachelor in Biomedicine (Hons) from Management and Science University, Malaysia. She experience as Medical Laboratory technologies at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital. She has skills in the related laboratory coursework: Biochemistry, Hematology, fluid and excretion, immunology, serology, pathology, microbiology, blood bank and phlebotomy. Along with that, she is also a qualified trainer who has completed the Trainer s Certification from Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) under Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. She also completed the training for: Nihon Kohden MEK PART HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER and MEK PART. She has attended 2nd International Clinical Conference on Emergency Medicine (2nd ICCEM) 2012 and Malaysian 3rd Laboratory and Analytical Equipment, Instrumentation and Services Exhibition and Conference 2011 (LAB ASIA).

5 CAROLIN MANISELVI SANTHIAVOO Carolin obtained her Diploma in Nursing in 2005 from PNC and obtained her Post Basic in Pediatric in 2008 from KPJUC followed by Post Basic in Infection Control in 2010 from (KKM) Kubang Kerian. She also took certified Environment Professional in Scheduled Waste Management She had vast clinical experiences for 10 years including in infection control. She is an Infection Control Officer since 2013.She also internal Auditor for ISO 1400:2004 and MSQH. C currently she is holding Scheduled Waste Competent person and Safety Officer

6 S.GOVEELANESWARY PILLAY RN,CCN, Bachelor of Science in Nursing(Hons). Qualified as a RN in the year 1995 from HKL, then worked in various wards at Gleneagles Penang Hospital for 6 months, proceeded to work in gleneagles intan medical center from the year 1996 until the year 2003 in the ICU looking after various types of cases including peadiatric cardiothoracic cases. Then worked at Mount Elizabeth Hospital icu for almost a year in the year 2003 to Following year worked in Gleaneagles Berunei JPMC, in the ICU for 2 years before joining KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist hospital in the year 2006 in the ICU before been promoted as infection control officer in the year 2008 until now. Able to be certified by APSIC society and assisted the organization in getting two times JCI accreditation with minimal findings.

SUSHEELA A/P ISMAIL Susheela obtained her general Nursing Certificate in 1994 from School Of Nursing, Kuala Lumpur and obtained her Post Basic Certificate in Midwifery in 1999 from School of

She had vast clinical working experiences for 18 years including 10 years in Labor Room at government, private hospital and Riyadh Military Hospital, Saudi Arabia. Currently she is a Lecturer in KPJ International College Penang. She has been involved actively in training.
