The officer made contact with the subject who was advised he could not conduct business on city right of way and needed a business license to operate in the city. The subject had been

Officers were able to locate and contact the occupants of the vehicle. Officers arrived on site and found a family member of the homeowner was on site caring for the propery but was unable to turn the alarm off Runaway Juvenile Juvenile Runaway Incident Address: RD AVE

The juvenile appears to have run away willingly with friends. The runaway returned on on 6/27/ CFS-Suspicious Vehicle Incident Address: CUMBERLAND WAY Time Reported: 22:00:00 Time Occurred between: 21:45:00 06/25/18-21:50:00 06/25/18 On Monday, 06/25/2018, Officers were dispatched to the block of Cumberland Way in regard to a report of a suspicious vehicle that had been seen in the area earlier. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate a vehicle matching the description given Fraud Fraud/Swindle/Confidence Game Incident Address: Roberts DR Time Reported: 08:00:00 Black Diamond BL Time Occurred between: 16:45:00 06/25/18-16:45:00 06/25/18 On 06/26/18, at approximately 08:00 hours, Officers received information regarding a subject who paid his City of Black Diamond water bill with four counterfeit $ bills. The counterfeit bills were seized and an investigation is being conducted Theft Theft of Prop Incident Address: TH AVE Time Reported: 10:32:20 Time Occurred between: 12:00:00 06/12/18-12:00:00 06/17/18 On 6/26/18, an officer took a report of a stolen credit card from the block of 5th Avenue. The case is under investigation.

After a short investigation it was determined that the incident had not taken place in Black Diamond, and that it had already been reported to the Lakewood Police Department CFS-Suspicious Circumstance Suspicion Incident Address: th AVE SE Time Reported: 12:59:00 Time Occurred between: 12:53:00 06/26/18-12:53:00 06/26/18 On 06/26/18, at approximately 12:59 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding two male subjects walking around a residence on the corner of th AVE SE. The two male subjects appeared to be suspicious and a passerby called 911. Officers arrived in the area and found that the subjects were no longer there Burglary Burglary, Resd, Att Force En Incident Address: SE 295th PL Time Reported: 13:45:00 Time Occurred between: 20:00:00 06/23/18-10:00:00 06/24/18 On 06/26/18, at approximately 13:45 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a burglary report. Officers were informed that a female wanted contact at her residence in the block of SE 295th PL to report that someone had attempted to pry her garage door open sometime between 20:00 hours on and 10:00 hours on The subject(s) did not gain entry into the garage and nothing was taken CFS-Alarm Alarm Incident Address: TH PL SE

When the officer arrived he found the homeowner trying to reset their password on the alarm keypad. It was determined the alarm was malfunctioning CFS-Alarm Alarm Incident Address: TH AVE Black Diamond WA Time Reported: 14:21:01 Time Occurred between: 14:21:00 06/27/18-14:25:00 06/27/18 On 6/27/2018, an officer was dispatched to a residential burglary alarm in the block of 4th AVE that was confirmed false upon arrival CFS-Juvenile Problem Juvenile Runaway Incident Address: ND AVE SE Time Reported: 15:40:00 Time Occurred between: 15:40:00 06/27/18-16:30:00 06/27/18 On 6/27/2018, an officer was dispatched to a juvenile runaway report in the block of 232nd AVE SE. Sometime during the night unknown subject/s took $ worth of flowers and plants CFS-Suspicious Person Incident Address: rd AVE Time Reported: 18:40:00 Time Occurred between: 18:30:00 06/27/18-18:40:00 06/27/18 On 6/27/18, at approximately 1843 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to unwanted subject(s) in the gravel pit at Palmer Coking Coal. Upon arrival Officers were unable to locate any subjects in the gravel pit Theft Fraud, Impersonation Incident Address: Morgan ST Time Reported: 19:46:00 Time Occurred between: 09:00:00 06/27/18-19:46:00 06/27/18 On 6/27/18, at approximately 1950 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a theft report. Officers contacted the reporting party by phone. The reporting party received a fraud alert from her bank, when she checked the transactions being made they had not been made by her. She still had possession of her credit card and estimated approximately $800-$1000 dollars had been spent online at different web sites. Officers are still in the process of obtaining transactions records/bank statements to determine the next step in the investigation Juvenile Problem Juvenile Problem Incident Address: nd AVE SE

7 Public Information Log Page 7 of 12 Time Reported: 20:42:00 Time Occurred between: 20:40:00 06/27/18-20:42:00 06/27/18 On 6/27/18, at approximately 2042 hours, Black Diamond Officers were contacted for follow up regarding a juvenile runaway which occurred earlier in the day. The reporting party was concerned the juvenile would attempt to runaway again and requested officer contact. Officers made contact with the reporting party. It was determined the juvenile would stay the night at a friends house, officers provided transportation for the juvenile CFS-Disturbance Information Incident Address: Morgan ST Time Reported: 00:01:00 Time Occurred between: 00:00:00 06/28/18-00:01:00 06/28/18 On 6/28/18, at approximately 0003 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to an illegal discharge. The reporting party advised she heard it to the North of her residence in the block of Morgan ST. Officers conducted an area check and were unable to locate the source of the reported discharge CFS-Agency Assist Agency Assist Enumclaw Police Department 1705 Wells ST, Enumclaw, WA Incident Address: Time Reported: 02:00:00 Enumclaw WA Time Occurred between: 01:59:00 06/28/18-02:00:00 06/28/18 On 6/28/18, at approximately 0203 hours, Black Diamond Officers were advised of an agency assist, for Enumclaw Police Department. The call was for a welfare check on a male subject.

8 Public Information Log Page 8 of CFS-Suspicious Circumstance Suspicion Incident Address: SE 300th ST Time Reported: 13:25:03 Time Occurred between: **:**:** **/**/** - **:**:** **/**/** On 06/28/18, at approximately 13:14 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suspicious circumstance at a residence in the block of SE 300th ST. Radio advised that a neighbor witnessed a male subject drive his black pickup to the front of the residence. The subject stayed for a few minutes and then left. The neighbor then called the home owner, who was not home and reported the suspicious circumstance. The home owner called the police. Officers arrived at the residence and found that the male subject driving the black pickup dropped off a package to the front door. The neighbor then called the home owner back to report that a package had been delivered and no one tried to make entry into the house Suspicious Vehicle Incident Address: NEWCASTLE DR Time Reported: 17:05:00 Time Occurred between: 17:05:00 06/28/18-17:25:00 06/28/18

9 Public Information Log Page 9 of Traffic Violation Traffic Offense Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: Roberts DR Time Reported: 21:52:00 Time Occurred between: 21:50:00 06/28/18-21:52:00 06/28/18 On 6/28/18, at approximately 2145 hours, Black Diamond Officers were on foot patrol in the Ten Trails development when they observed a black sedan traveling at a high rate of speed through the development. This was relayed to an officer in a patrol vehicle who conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The Washington State Department of Licensing Database showed the driver's driving status as suspended in the 3rd degree. Officers placed the driver under arrest, cited him for driving while suspended in the 3rd degree, and released him. Officers cleared the scene Warrant Arrest OSA Warrant Arrest Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: Roberts DR/Willow AVE SE Time Reported: 22:47:00 Time Occurred between: 22:47:00 06/28/18-23:13:00 06/28/18 On 6/28/2018, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle parked on the round-about at Roberts Drive and Willow Avenue SE. During the incident a female was contacted who was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Bonney Lake PD. The female was detained, and ultimately released when BLPD refused to meet CFS-911 Hang-up Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: TH AVE Time Reported: 08:10:12 Time Occurred between: 08:00:00 06/29/18-08:10:00 06/29/18 On 6/29/18, officers responded to the block of 5th Ave for a 911 hangup. Officers discovered two children had been playing with a phone and called 911. The children were counseled on the proper use of 911 including when and when not to call.

10 Public Information Log Page 10 of CFS-Suspicious Vehicle Incident Address: Cumberland DR Time Reported: 11:59:00 Time Occurred between: 11:57:00 06/29/18-11:59:00 06/29/18 On 06/29/18, at approximately 1202 hours,officers responded to the block of Cumberland DR regarding a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers arrived and were able to contact the driver. It was determined that the driver was making deliveries. Officers cleared the scene without incident Business or License Problem Nuisance Violation Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: SE 298 ST Time Reported: 12:00:00 Time Occurred between: 08:00:00 06/29/18-13:00:00 06/29/18 On 6/29/18, officers assisted City Community Development with checking on a lakeside construction project. The project was determined to be outside of the scope of the issued permit and a stop work order was issued. Community Development will be following up with the property owner CFS-Suspicious Circumstance Incident Address: th PL SE Time Reported: 15:26:00 Time Occurred between: 15:25:00 06/29/18-15:26:00 06/29/18 On 06/29/2018, at approximately 1529 hours, officers responded to the block of 220th PL SE regarding a report of non-permitted solicitors. When officers arrived, they contacted the individuals and advised them of the city code regarding soliciting without a permit. The subjects were instructed to leave the area. Officers were able to contact both involved parties and determined that no crime had occurred DUI Alcohol or Drugs Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: th AVE SE Time Reported: 18:41:00 Time Occurred between: 18:40:00 06/29/18-18:41:00 06/29/18 On 06/29/2018, at approximately 1841 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the block of 224th AVE. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver, a 74 year old male, was under the influence of intoxicants and was arrested. The Suspect's vehicle was towed from the scene. Other Offenses: Traffic Offense Traffic Violation Traffic Offense Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: SE 312TH ST Time Reported: 22:07:00 Time Occurred between: 22:06:00 06/29/18-22:07:00 06/29/18 On Friday, 06/29/2018, Officers stopped a vehicle in the block of SE 312th ST for an equipment violation. Upon contacting the driver, it was determined that they had a license status of Suspended in the 3rd Degree. The driver was cited and released at the scene CFS-Welfare Check Welfare Check Incident Address: rd AVE Time Reported: 01:41:00 Time Occurred between: 01:39:00 06/30/18-01:41:00 06/30/18 On 6/30/18, at approximately 0145 hours, Black Diamond Officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the area of 3rd AVE and Jones Lake RD. The reporting party

Officers determined no crime occurred and stood by while one party removed their property from the residence. Officers provided information on how to obtain a protection order CFS-Fireworks Fireworks Incident Address: ND AVE Time Reported: 22:09:13 Time Occurred between: 22:00:00 06/30/18-22:09:00 06/30/18 On Saturday, 06/30/2018, Officers were dispatched to the block of 2nd AVE in regard to a fireworks complaint. Officers contacted the individuals involved and explained that the discharge of fireworks was prohibited by municipal code until the hours of 0900 to 0000 on 07/04/ DUI Alcohol or Drugs Black Diamond Police Dept Incident Address: Roberts DR Time Reported: 23:46:00 Time Occurred between: 23:45:00 06/30/18-23:46:00 06/30/18 On Saturday, 06/30/2018, Officers stopped a vehicle in the block of Roberts DR for a speed violation.
