The IOSH working safely course covers a wide variety of health and safety topics, that reflect the typical health, safety and welfare issues that workers face in their workplace. This course is now recognised by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) as equivalent to a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. This means that anyone who has successfully completes the course - and passes the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test for Operatives, can apply for a CSCS Labourer Green Card (to help them gain easier access to UK construction sites).
