5 CONTEXT FOR INTERNSHIP We use internship as a tool to discover great team members for our company Also we crate network of future professionals and leaders During CEOs career we have collaborated with more than 200 interns, therefore we can claim that we have found out good ways how to create value of collaboration with interns We have success stories of interns joining our company During an internship we seek to create value for interns (not only for the company) We look for win-win cooperation during internship so both parties benefit: Intern and Company

6 CONTEXT FOR INTERNSHIP It is told that if you want to become a PRO in some area you need to do work in this specific area for at least hours (approx 5 years of full time job 8 hours per day) Our preferred duration is 500 hours (approx 3 months with 8 h/ day) Less than that is not enough to evaluate performance or learn something new More than that is not efficient use of time Even with 500 hours of internship is still a very first step - 1/20 of becoming of pro In this short period of time you can not expect to become even junior in some are (approx 2 years is needed for that) but rather you can expect to get to see how things are organised in the company and discover some of your strengths and weaknesses
