1 Saint Aubin, May 15, 2017 Dear Madams/Dear Sirs, We are pleased to invite your company to participate in the 6th Accelerator Reliability Workshop, ARW 2017 that will take place in Versailles, France, from October 15 to October 20, ARW 2017 is hosted by and supported by ESRF, GANIL, Institut Curie and the French Physics Society. It follows in the tradition of successful workshops started by the ESRF (Grenoble 2002), TRIUMF (Vancouver 2009), ithemba (Cape Town 2011), the Australian Synchrotron (Melbourne 2013) and SNS (Knoxville 2015). The ARW gathers the worldwide accelerator community to meet and enhances the sharing of experiences on operating reliable facilities. The workshop fulfills the need to improve information exchange on technical issues and equipment reliability. It facilitates the opportunity for individuals to share their problems and solutions with their peers from other facilities, worldwide. We invite you to visit ARW 2017 website. We do believe that ARW 2017 is indeed a very beneficial platform for your company. Two one-hour sessions are identified in the workshop program as a privilege time to present products and development related to the main thematic of the event. 2 Exhibition and sponsoring information Companies willing to participate in the industrial exhibition or the sponsoring of the workshop can choose one or several of the following options. 1. Commercial booth at the exhibition, 1500 (excluding VAT) This offer includes: a reserved booth in one of the workshop rooms during the dedicated sessions to exchange with the workshop participants, your company logo and link on the conference website and 1 color page for advertising in both the Book of Abstracts (A4 format) and the website. The company will have to supply the name of the participant, for this name will be registered in the Invoice/Receipt. The attendance fee can be obtained at the special price of 500 (excluding VAT). Only one company per table will be accepted. The attendance fee includes: The attendance to all conference sessions; The conference bag or goodie; Lunches and coffee breaks The social program: Welcome Cocktail, the Gala dinner, the visits of SOLEIL and CPO. 2.
