2 Co-Ordination Meeting The 4th coordination meeting of the project SOLID WASTE FACILITIES MANAGERS QUALIFICATION FRAMEWORK Acronym SWFM-QF was held on 26th and 27th June 2014 in Glasgow, Scotland (UK). The Kick off meeting agenda is presented in Annex I. All presentations are presented in Annex II. Pictures from the meeting are presented in Annex III. (SIGMA) 4 months before the end of the project 6 months before the final report is due for submission Overview of meeting agenda 2) Agenda Overview Start preparing reports Dissemination actions Final conference date Final report issues Next 6 months actions Exploitation activities Final conference details Admin/financial issues IPR agreements comments & amendments 3) Power Point Presentation (attached in annex II) Internal Evaluation Progress (Greece): Lefteris Karagiannidis (SIGMA) Will send instructions to all partners on how to upload questionnaire to SWFM- QF website Discussion on comments and feedback on evaluations so far 4) Power Point Presentation (attached in annex II) Internal Evaluation Progress (Italy): Jessica Torelli (SINERGIE) Discussion of results and comments so far 5) All partners discuss internal evaluation progress so far deadline 31 st July for internal evaluation reports 6) Discussion on internal evaluation procedures Internal evaluators must have experience in the field of the qualification framework they have chosen to evaluate (e.g. landfill managers should evaluate the landfill qualification) Evaluation reports will be used to develop the evaluation report Partners have difficulty persuading internal evaluators Aim for at least15 internal evaluators There are still mistakes in the Qualification Frameworks partners to check and make corrections - deadline: 04/07/2014 Procurement QF is missing Jessica Torelli (SINERGIE) to check Small modifications to internal evaluation questionnaire are allowed in order to easy evaluation process per country Internal evaluation reports will be prepared in English

4 7) External evaluation A questionnaire will not be developed External evaluation reports must be in English Report template to be reviewed by all partners deadline for comments: 27 th June 2014 External evaluation to be completed by 31 st July 2014 Discussion & comments on external evaluation report template Comments on external evaluation report template from all partners deadline: 01/07/2014 Revised version of external evaluation report template to be sent to all partners by Julie - deadline: 01/07/2014 8) Evaluation results Julie to prepare all suggestions and send to partners for agreement/comments All partners will be responsible for implementing the agreed suggestions within their own QFs 9) Power Point Presentation (attached in annex II) Info-Training Toolkit: Lefteris Common format established All partners to make changes (using the common template) deadline: 04 th July ) Power Point Presentation (attached in annex II) Interim Report: Lefteris All partners to check actual utilisation of travel costs against proposal/budget Discussion on scoring of project actions (including weaknesses & strengths of the project) Lefteris Karagiannidis will send round a copy of the interim report to all partners All partners that have not download the Financial Management Handbook, do it 11) Power Point Presentation (attached in annex II) Project Progress: Lefteris Project management gaps Quality management plan to be developed will be submitted as an annex to the final report (internal quality assurance activities to be carried out) Dissemination activities each partner should aim for 50 network members Knowledge base partners to include more articles/documents to knowledge base Translations some missing items, partners to check and make sure all items are translated Informative workshops some missing items, partners to check and send items to SIGMA
