Europe is first tourist destination all over the world, with highest density and differences of attractions. As a consequence, inside the Europe 2020 strategy, Industry of tourism is the key sector of European economy that produces more than 10% of European GNP, it employs 9,7 million of people and it involves 1,8 million of enterprises. The tourism increases employment and regional development, it supports sustainable development, it creates a greater natural and cultural Heritage, it builds a
2 European identity. In this contest, the Europe 2020 strategy follows these objectives: 1) Territorial cohesion; 2) Safeguarding and enhancement of natural and cultural Heritages; 3) Capability to defy at impact of climatic changes and to lessen structural modifies that tourism could entail; 4) To strengthen sentiment of European citizenship; 5) Knowledge of rights and laws that European citizens could use when they move inside and out of European Union. To achieve these objectives, actions to do can be to reunite around 4 main strands: 1) To encourage competitiveness of European tourist sector; 2) To promote development of tourism sustainable, responsible and high-quality; 3) To reinforce the image of Europe like collection of sustainable and high quality destinations; 4) To maximize potential of financial policies of EU for development of tourism. About COSME programme, this project answers to these general objectives: 1) To reinforce competitiveness and sustainability of European Enterprises, above all SMEs; 2) To promote entrepreneurial culture and a growth of SMEs. The proposal especially aims to young tourism with ambition to become a model and to answer to main needs and obstacles that youth has. These obstacles can be a barrier for transnational mobility. The model could be repeated and posted in other contests. Indeed, the project wants to create the opportunity to submit an innovative tourist proposal during the semester of Expo 2015 in Milan (since May to October 2015). A proposal characterized with theme of high quality food, wine and food culture like excellence resource of territory, a transnational proposal at European Level, totally dedicated to young people. In this outlook, the project wants to analyse, plan and verify, thanks to implementation of Pilot Project, a new tourist and transnational itinerary reserved to students and youngers (formal and not-formal) between 18 and 29 years. The Pilot Project will be about concepts of Active Tourism and travel of experiences. A travel during that the sensorial sphere is totally involved in knowledge of places through food, culinary traditions, through the awareness of importance of culture of food, of good eating and of quality life. A travel to discover the big and rich wine and food heritage in Europe, the contaminations of tastes and flavours between different countries, respecting ancient tradition. Young people involved will have the possibility to test new ideas, to obtain new competences, to build new networks, to be involved in thematic activities and to live an extraordinary experience of personnel and professional growth. The new tourist product will aim to satisfy needs of a specific target, testing a strategy to approach tourist market and to launch the product (marketing mix). The strategy will be characterized by particular price policies, distribution and promotion, keeping high the quality thanks to choice of specific structures, transportations, services and collateral experiences. New technologies of information and use of last version applications and channels of communication will allow not only managing the project by partners and to launch and promote the new product on market, to arrive at target group directly and to guarantee a free access and an easy usability.
