4 Reporting Reports are linked to payments: Interim technical and financial reports (1st, 2nd pre-financing); Final Reports. Prepare final report in advance to allow for comments and suggestions from your associated partner 4

5 Final technical report Final report is a contractual requirement; It should be submitted to the Agency within 2 months after the end-date of your project/ja; Number of copies is indicated in grant agreement; Deliverables, copies of any publications, products as well as the administrative annexes (minutes of meetings, attendance lists, etc) should be annexed. 5

6 Final technical report Description should relate to the activities specifically foreseen in Annex I: summary of activities specifically foreseen and those directly related to the objectives of the project 6

7 Frequent mistakes: Lengthy reports, minutes of the meeting; Deliverables are not presented in different files, but incorporated in reports of WPs; Contractual obligations are not always respected; Results do not always comply with foreseen activities in Grant Agreement. 7

13 Final Publishable Executive Summary (1) Comprehensive summary of the project; It should be formatted to be printed as a stand alone paper document, maximum 3 pages; Purpose of the summary: to make results of EU Co-funded projects available to a wide audience 13

14 Final Publishable Executive Summary (2) Summary description of the project s scope and objectives (general and specific). Description of the work achieved, including evaluation and dissemination. Final results in terms of outputs and outcomes, and their potential impact and use by the target group (including benefits). Strategic relevance and contribution to the Health programme. Conclusions and recommendations Add diagrams and photos. 14
