3 ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL ADVISER RFP NOTICE NO /02/12-INFRA OF 31 JULY The following are the modifications to the Request for Proposal for Appointment of Legal Adviser dated 31 July 2012 and the subsequent addendum dated 28 August, The deletions from the earlier text of the Request for Proposal are indicated as strikethroughs and the additions are underlined. Sl. No. (i) Clause No. 1.8 in Request for Proposal Modified Provision of the Request for Proposal Schedule of Selection Process The Authority would endeavour to adhere to the following schedule: Event Description 1. Last date for receiving queries/ clarifications Estimated Date 13 August, Authority response to queries 20 August, Proposal Due Date or PDD September, Opening of Proposals On Proposal Due Date 5. Letter of Award (LOA) Within 15 days of PDD 6. Signing of Agreement Within 7 days of LOA (ii) (A)Technical capacity 7. Validity of Applications 90 days of Proposal Due Date The Applicant shall have, over the past 7(seven) financial years preceding the PDD, undertaken a minimum of 3 (three) Eligible Assignments as specified in Clause 3.1.4, of which at least 2 1 (two one) should be PPP Projects. (iii) Eligible Assignments For the purposes. (the Regulatory Projects ).
