PRESENT: Joan Best, Holly Campbell, Bob Dalgleish, Dave Monsees, Arne Raven, Zena Seldon, Catherine Simpson (recording secretary). ABSENT: Peter Nixon, John Semenoff, Harry Urchit. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Dave Monsees 1. DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS a) Development Variance Permit Application No. DVP Block R of District Lot 5858, Kamloops Division Yale District. PID: Paul Lake Road, Paul Lake, BC (MacDonald) Applicant not in attendance 2. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER by Dave 7:30 pm. 3. MINUTES OF MEETING Arne Raven moved that the meeting minutes of February 23, 2011 be adopted. Bob Dalgleish seconded that motion. All in favour. 4. Development Variance Permit Application No. DVP Block R of District Lot 5858, Kamloops Division Yale District. PID: Paul Lake Road, Paul Lake, BC (MacDonald) Discussion One of the larger lots Accessory building (shed) currently in BC Hydro Right-of-way, and will be moved No setbacks on most parcels; this application would be consistent Breezeway/connection between buildings may be a stairway Holly Campbell made a motion that the application be accepted. Joan Best seconded that motion. All in favour. 5. OTHER BUSINESS Advisory Planning Commission appreciates the new system of circulating the agenda packages 6.
