JIM PRICE AKRON,VALLEY VIEW & YOUNGSTOWN Jim spent 18 years in the field as a Service Tech. He has two college degrees, is NATE Certified, and now works for RSC as the Manager of the Technical Support and Training Department. BILL MODICA AKRON & VALLEY VIEW Graduate of West Side Institute of Technology, Bill has 35 years in HVAC as a Technician, Service Manager, Branch Manager and Sales Professional. He is currently a Technical Service Advisor for Refrigeration Sales Corporation in Northeast Ohio. RICK ROGERS COLUMBUS Rick has 20 years of field experience, graduated from Columbus State, and is RSC s Service Manager for Central Ohio. He is NATE Certified in multiple specialties. DAN WIGHT VALLEY VIEW Dan has been in the HVAC industry for over 8 years. Prior to that, he studied Psychology and Chemistry at University of Mount Union. He is an RSC Inside Sales Engineer, assisting the Commercial Department in a multitude of avenues, including Plan and Spec, Applied Sales and Controls. JOHN WOZNIAK AKRON,VALLEY VIEW & YOUNGSTOWN John has spent 20 years in the field doing commercial service, controls, and installation in many facets of the HVAC/R industry. John is currently providing Commercial Customer Service and Technical Support for RSC s Northeast Ohio area.

Attendees will learn how to increase their sales of high efficiency equipment and accessories while improving their overall company profitability through a structured sales process. Attendees will develop the skills to become world-class retailers who will be able to communicate the value of their company and equipment brands, raise their average sale, and position their company for a referral. All aspects of lead generation and lead management will be discussed as well as the role of the Sales Coordinator. There are several group and individual exercises that will be completed as we go through building the sales process during class. Instructor: Michael Hunter, BDR Michael has 17-years of experience in the HVAC industry. He was a highly successful General Manager of a dealer business in Idaho for four plus years where he took the business over Wall 2 and has had multiple roles in distribution. As a Dealer and Territory Manager, Michael worked closely with BDR, driving value and success for his customers and the dealership he managed. As both a Trainer and Profit Coach, Michael embodies a highly valued mix of expertise and experience. Michael is a trainer for BDR s dealer sales training and is the lead for BDR s on site sales coaching program: Top Gun Sales Excellence.
