2 Thursday, Sept. 7PM Archeologists near a reputedly haunted woods use a time scanner to explore the history of a sinister 12 million year old skull, creating a hole in time that attracts the Doctor's attention. Tuesday, Sept. 7PM Marking the 15th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the U.S., this program tells the rarely told stories of the attack that took place at the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Defense, in which 184 people died. As most of the media coverage of the events of September 11 focused on New York City and United Flight 93, details of the attack that took place at the Pentagon have rarely been heard publicly, until now. His illness and battle to recover were kept secret from the world. SEASON 2 Starting Sunday, Sept. 9PM The series described by Variety as picturesque, wonderfully soapy and set against a rich historical backdrop returns for a second season. It s 1935 in Simla an Indian retreat for British colonials set in the Himalayas. Against the breathtaking backdrop of 18th century Cornwall, Aidan Turner (Poldark), Eleanor Tomlinson (Demelza) and Heida Reed (Elizabeth) return as the complicated love triangle in a new season of the popular romantic saga, based on the novels by Winston Graham.
