1 LICENSE COMMITTEE MINUTES May 19, 2009 De Pere City Hall A regular meeting of the License Committee of the City of De Pere was held at 7:00 pm. ITEM 1. Committee members present on a roll call were Alderpersons Carl Castelic, Bob Heuvelmans & Bob Wilmet. Others present: City Attorney Judy Schmidt-Lehman, Alderperson Kegel and Deputy Clerk Vicki Scray. ITEM 2. Alderperson Heuvelmans moved, seconded by Alderperson Wilmet to nominate Alderperson Castelic as Chair. Upon vote, Alderperson Castelic was elected Chair. Alderperson Heuvelmans moved, seconded by Alderperson Castelic to nominate Alderperson Wilmet as Vice-Chair. Upon vote, Alderperson Wilmet was elected Vice-Chair. ITEM 3. Alderperson Wilmet moved, seconded by Alderperson Heuvelmans, to approve the minutes of the May 5, 2009 License Committee meeting. Upon vote, the minutes were approved on a unanimous vote. ITEM 4.
