2 Office of Diversity and Inclusion The Office of Diversity & Inclusion promotes an educational environment that recognizes and celebrates the diverse culture of the University of Central Oklahoma. These programs serve to develop culturally competent leaders and expand students' cultural horizons and perspectives while honoring their respective cultural experiences. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion offers an environment where students find support and encouragement needed to enhance their college careers. Through nine student organizations and over 35 student programs sponsored a year, the office is essential in helping students learn more about their cultural while also aiding Central Students in becoming culturally competent.
