Visitors: Daryl Adams Paula Prechtl, BAESPA Don Allenbaugh, BAEA Press: John Pozza, Sunny President Cathleen Bish called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. Roll call taken by the secretary showed eight members present. Visitors were welcomed and acknowledged. President Bish informed the public that there was an executive session/personnel meeting on December 5, 2016 at 6:50-7:03 p.m. No action taken.

REPORT OF COMMITTEES ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE Patricia Battitori, Vice-Chairperson Student Recognition: On January 11-13, 2017, Ryann Mezser, 10 th grade, and Kiersten Voccola, 10 th grade will compete at the 2017 District III Chorus Festival at Marion Center High School. On February 9-11, 2017, Freeport Area School District will host the PMEA District III Band Festival at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Our high school musical, Elf, Jr., will be held Thursday, December 15 th and Saturday, December 17 th, starting at 7:00 p.m. each evening. If the primary delegate cannot be present for a Committee meeting, the first alternative delegate shall be the representative at the Committee meeting. Motion unanimously carried by all members present. A motion was made by Robert Cherubini, seconded by Robert Grecco, to approve the Jefferson County Tax Collection Committee budget of $10, for the calendar year The District is responsible for 9.77% of the budget cost or $ Motion unanimously carried by all members present. Motion unanimously carried by all members present. A motion was made by Renee Allenbaugh, seconded by Patricia Battitori, to approve the recommendation of Eric Grecco, head wrestling coach, to hire the following additional wrestling staff for the school year: Ian Grecco Varsity Volunteer Assistant Coach Mitchell Overbeck Varsity Volunteer Assistant Coach Dillon Park Varsity Volunteer Assistant Coach A motion was made by Renee Allenbaugh, seconded by Robert Grecco, to approve the recommendation of Dick Esposito, head girls basketball coach, to hire Adrianna Terwilliger as a volunteer assistant coach for the school year. SUPERINTENDENT S REPORT Schools are scheduled to be in session until Thursday, December 22, 2016 with a one hour early dismissal and re-open Monday, January 2, The next scheduled regular board meeting is Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
